Oshawa Centre Food Court — Restaurant in Oshawa

Went to Kung Pao Wok today and had some of the worst service I’ve ever had in my life, I understand the need to serve people quickly but the fact that I felt more like a wallet than a person didn’t sit right with me. They rushed my mother who was trying to decide by saying a rude “ma’am.” When there was nobody behind her so there was no need for a rush. Then proceeded to not ask her if she wanted a drink or anything and then ignored her when she tried to ask for one. Then instead of paying at the main machine they slid one across the counter and didn’t bother to fill in the amount she needed to pay then proceeded to get frustrated with us for their mistake. I frequent a fair amount of restaurants in the food court being A&W (food is usually good) , Taco Bell (more times than not they’ll mess your order up), Jimmy The Greek (foods always great and they’ve never messed up an order, but easily the most miserable employees) and BarBurrito (food is usually good) never have I been cashed out by somebody who was even remotely polite.
