The barista Conner was an absolute nightmare. I did a mobile order and they messed up my drink, this happened twice and this time I said something. There were two drinks, a FROZEN and a not frozen with extra inclusions. When I went to pick it up I said it was wrong and showed them my mobile order receipt, he kept insisting that it was accurate, trust me I know when my dragon fruit drink isnât right, itâs a deep fuchsia Color and this was clear with a tint of orange. No inclusions. The lady told me not to worry she will remake it and I said thank you. Conner on the other hand was mumbling under his breath clearly annoyed that I was upset my drink was wrong, for the third time. I asked him what did he say I didnât quite hear him and he looked at me and rolled his eyes and walked away. I decided to also get myself a drip. They made me wait 45 min for the drip. When I asked the barista she said donât ask me about coffee âexcuse meâ. Iâll never understand how attitude is delivered by folks who are supposed to have the best service in the industry and let alone I was with a crying baby. Give me fxxx break. I spend hundreds per week both personal and business. Never waited 45 min for drip ever. Oh yah just before you get confused, the weâre not brewing it as they had plenty.
