Wednesday April 16th approximately 1:00 p.m. we placed an order via the app. The money was withdrawn immediately yet record of the order could not be found on the app. We approached the servers and ask them if they had it in their system to which they said no. We were struggling to find out what happened and who we could contact regarding this. We could not find any contact information other than an online bot chat option. We asked the servers what we could do one walked towards the cash register and muttered something. I asked her if she could repeat herself and she simply said "No". I asked if they could advise us on how to move forward with this and she said she didn't know. The app claims that the issue was resolved but we were not contacted. The money has still been processed on the credit card and we never received our food or assistance of any kind. The servers at this location were incredibly rude and very useless. 0/10 would not recommend this location at all nor would we recommend using the app to order. Subway is subway, but Iāve never had such a horrible experience at a fast food place / food court and Iāve never been to a subway this awful.
16$ for a 6in meal and we barley had one bite from it. We brought everything up to them including the full sandwich with one small bite in it. We even showed them the sharp hard plastic pieces and they said it isnāt their problemā¦ā¦
Oh and once leaving I took a bite of the only thing I had left to eat which was the cookies and they were hard as a rock, I could barley crack them in half. $16 for a 4inch sub and a drink. Not once but twice trying to eat this meal I almost broke a tooth.

The manager told the employee to tell me the sub would have costed $9.05 but instead the sub costed $9.20 because the offer wasnāt applied. As a hungry customer l was pissed off l didnāt get a refund as the manager was the least helpful in the situation. When l asked them to give me the other half of the sub they didnāt even give me it.
