I ordered through the Thai Express website and paid on the site. Got a confirmation email and receipt, went to pick up my food and was told by the staff at the counter I had no order and they would not make my order. I showed them the confirmation information and they still refused to make my order. I left without food and without a refund. All I have to say is that the portions were heavily inconsistent between each of them, over priced, and there was so much sauce added to mine I swear I thought I was having soup. These are the thoughts I had before I even sat down to even take a bite for which I gave the benefit of doubt that hopefully it tastes better than it looks....wrong!
Hopefully our experience was an isolated case. On a positive note, the chopsticks themselves were a high quality, and they had unlimited...
