Asked if my two peice could be white me only. Told I'd would have to pay a surcharge, accepted. Asked if I wanted a breast I said yes and was charged again. Bill showed two breasts up charges. Didn't even get two breasts with my order. Order took 17 mins to fill and they tried to give me a poutine that had bin sitting that whole time.

Why was I charged a surcharge? Your only white meat isn't breasts. Two peice white should be a wing and rib? 3 dollars extra almost a 20 min wait for no reason but to be ripped off in the end.

This store never has fresh ready to eat food. You have to wait for every item to be cooked even the fries are made a handful at a time so an order of fries can take over 10 mins to fill.

When I asked to speak to a manger he seemed unphased that I was charged extra and the rest of my party was done eating before I got my food. When I asked when the owner would be in I got the expected I don't know.

I got really bad leaf lettuce and also horrible bun, the whole sandwich and fries I got was terrible, I came to the store and ordered, they said it would take 5 mins which I didn’t have any issue with. I assumed they were making it fresh so I didn’t check but once I got home, I saw the food, I could t eat it so I called the store and she literally told me over the phone that after a while the sandwich gets soggy and bad, so I asked if they give me left over an why did they make me wait? Then they apologized and took my address and said they would deliver me another one but I never heard from anyone and now they don’t recall anything
