Firstly when myself and my husband entered the entire store was filled with wasps, crawling all over the baked goods and flying around the store, unsanitary and potentially harmful. Once at counter it took 10 mins just to ensure our order was put through correctly, then the cashier proceeded to make an ice Capp which had no cream put in so it was just base. Then as we made our way to the pick up line we waited 10 mins as drive thru seems to take priority, then when we recieved our three sandwiches, all were made incorrectly as I am vegetarian I don't eat meat but my orders all had meat and were missing substitute add ons. Each sandwich was remade and took an additional 10 mins, no apologies were made, I was never rude and even thanked for remaking. We also noticed after we left the location that we were missing a Nutella crepe from our order and the coworkers made sure they even had it, but still not given to us. Over 20 dollar order and just not worth it. I'm thoroughly disappointed with this location, it seems to always be in a frantic disarray everytime I come here. Teamwork is lacking unfortunately. Read moreThey always forget items when you order it, they won’t put lids on securely so coffees spill, and then the unprofessional manager working today at 9 called me a liar saying they didn’t forget my items. Well they make mistakes every single day and will not provide any customer service to fix it, unlike other better locations which actually listen to people instead of taking money and not giving what’s ordered. Don’t order from this location in person or on skip the dishes or Uber, they make mistakes and can’t own up to it because the manager refuses to listen to you and sarcastically calls you perfect. I must be perfect because I make mistakes once in a while when they make mistakes every second of the day and can’t own up to it, this location is unprofessional and disrespectful and the manager told me to find the head office number when his establishment made the mistake so they should provide it. Read moreThis is the only Tim Hortons I’ve been to where they make you park and wait for your order after the drive thru almost every time. I’ve ordered. PAID, and THEN they inform me they don’t have something and to park and wait for it to be out. They never give you a time frame.
I’ve been told once to park and wait for 2 iced coffees with no explanation on why this was. I waited 10 minutes for two iced coffees.
When they hand it they leave quick and often forget items I’ve paid for, which after waiting so long for them, is very inconvenient to go back through the drive thru again.
I don’t know if this is an issue with too many online orders, but this is one of the most inconvenient drive thru’s I’ve ever seen from Tim hortons.
