Ever since they opened, Iâve been a regular here. Today, I went in and asked for my usual.Bubble Gaga but this time with NO toppings, NO tapioca,NO coconut jelly. I just wanted a large size with green tea and passion fruit seeds, or however they usually make it. just with no toppings at all.
I told them Iâm willing to pay the full price, even extra if needed, if taking out the topping is too much work for you guys but I was told, âWe canât sell it to you itâs not in the system, itâs not in our policy.â I asked, âSo how can I get the drink then? Can I just get passion fruit green tea with the seeds?â And the Asian girl starts giving me attitude I told her to stop giving me attitude as I was simply asking a question. The dude replied, âYou canât, because the green tea comes with no seeds.â So how do I get the bubble Gaga with no topping ? I donât get it just take out the topping Iâll pay the same price or extra. And then the Asian girl in the back smashing things and threatening to call the police. I sat there said, âGo ahead, call them I donât care.â They didnât, probably because WASNâT in the wrong. All I asked for was Bubble Gaga with no toppings. Iâm willing to pay the full price so whatâs the issue here? The manager here is useless too on the phone refuses to speak up about their âpoliciesâ
For what happened today Iâll be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and Ontario Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery and Procurement under the Consumer Protection Act As well as talking to the Corporate office.
Also train your staff the guy was chill did his job, stayed respectful. But the girl? Gave me attitude first then when I asked her not to cuz Iâm simply asking a question she went on full blown power trip with a side of delusion. Acting like I asked her to cure cancer when all I said was âno toppings.â She had the attitude of someone who thinks being rude is a personality trait. Slamming things, throwing a tantrum, and threatening to call the cops over a drink? youâre not guarding national secrets. Calm tf down she really triggered me mind you I wasnât even using any inappropriate language If taking out tapioca ruins your whole day, maybe customer service ainât your calling. Try something with less human interaction like cleaning the backroom in silence?
Edit: Iâve gotten this drink many times at this location and the Ajax one, so I have no idea why these two decided to be stubborn...

Iâve been here before and usually enjoyed it, but today was by far the worst experience! This used to be our go-to spot, but after today, we wonât be returning.
The employee was incredibly rude and dismissive. When we received the wrong drinks, I politely returned them, only to be made to wait 15-20 minutes with no resolution. Instead of apologizing or fixing the issue, he questioned me in front of others, making me feel embarrassed.
My husband ordered a mango slush and a strawberry latte, but we received a mango yakult and a strawberry cranberry latte instead. After taking a sip and realizing the mistake, we asked for either a refund or a remake. The employee refused to remake both drinks, only offering to fix one. He kept insisting it was their "new menu" and even asked me to come to the kitchen to check the ingredientsâwhich was completely unnecessary.
After waiting for at least 15 minutes, instead of making the drink as promised, he questioned why I was still waiting, making it seem like I was the one at fault. The whole experience was frustrating and unprofessional.

   Read moreI understand wanting to greet customers as they come into the store but when a customer is placing an order and the person behind the counter interrupts to say âwelcome to Coco!â every single time it gets highly distracting. I placed and order and they got a rush so I was interrupted 9 times while placing my order. Maybe itâs time to rethink this.
Edited my review for my latest experience. I had to say my order over and over again. The lady taking it wasnât understanding. When I got my order, I got to the car and it wasnât correct. I took the 2 drinks that were wrong back in so they could be fixed and I was told that I have to pay for all new drinks on a mistake that wasnât on me. So in total I bought and paid for 6 drinks, but only drink 4 of them. Very disappointed that I had to pay for an error! Canât say I will return to this...
