They are so disorganized at this location it's ridiculous! They'll have 6 or 7 ppl working but only ONE working the in-store counter and the rest of them will be doing drive thru. I'm not exaggerating when I say that over 90% of the time our orders are WRONG!! I have waited 10 minutes in line inside because only 1 person is working the in-store counter and with 6, 7 or even 8 ppl standing in line behind me, they still leave only one person there. I've seen 6 ppl(including a manager) huddled at the drive thru side, literally on top of each other processing DRIVE THRU orders with a smaller drive thru line than the in-store line. One time I tried to get the manager to come to the counter because my order was WRONG... AGAIN, and she made me stand there and wait so long that I got angry and said I would report her to head office if I had to wait even one more minute. She was clearly angry and was very rude to me because I bothered her when she was so busy, but there were at least 4, maybe even 5, but definitely at least 4 other ppl working in that tiny little drive thru space and really should have been another person at the counter to begin with! Anyway, she did the order correction but obviously the rest of my food(breakfast combos... which are NOT cheap I might add) was ICE COLD! These problems have been consistently the same problems for a VERY long time. I don't know if it's the same manager(s) that have been running the place for the past year or 2 or not but whoever IS actually running that place needs to be FIRED! Or at the very least, DEMOTED so they can LEARN how to properly run it from the bottom up because they are doing a horrible job! In addition, whoever is training the other employees at that location... NEEDS TO BE PROPERLY TRAINED or re-trained because they are NOT doing it right! To have a minimum of 90% screw up on orders DAILY is unacceptable! I have friends and neighbors who also go to that location DAILY on the way to&from work and I kid you not, we regularly have the "how many times did they "eff up" your order this week? conversations. That is just ridiculous! Most of us just go to the next closest one now, which for various reasons, is quite inconvenient! One way, very busy main streets at the enterance and exits for example, make it very inconvenient and very time consuming, which is jade worse by the fact that ppl need to be at work on time and can't send an extra 30 mins each morning going to the alternate location! I think this location needs to SERIOUSLY make HUGE changes because once in awhile, yes, things go wrong, but all day every day mistakes......
Read moreI love Tim’s, and this location (20 Park) is always on my way to work. So I stop here. There is one crew in the mornings that do great. But anytime it’s not that same team, they ALWAYS get something wrong. Ordering food here is a gamble. Coffee is no problem. And they always seem to be out of something 9 times out of 10. I stopped placing mobile orders here as they always run out of product. Whoever is in charge of placing orders or keeping stocked at this location needs to take a look at trends and what they need to be on top of ordering. But for a quick coffee grab this location is fine. If I want anything else, the location around the corner is better. I always get attitude too if I don’t make their life easy by accepting their replacement options when out of something.
Went again recently on a whim - ordered before hand - got to the drive thru, told me okay np drive up, I get it the window and they tell me they don’t serve breakfast for another half hour. What? I’ve gotten breakfast before earlier. Then was told to park in the front and come in and talk to the manager and possibly get a refund. I had to go to work and didn’t have time for that so I got nothing and spent money on a poor experience. 👎🏻 whoever is running this location needs more training. Not to mention another reason I hate going into this location is the amount of homeless / beggars that hangout by the doors and also will stand at your car window while parked. Customer support has done nothing about my order not being given, so 110% never going to this...
Read moreLove this Tim hortons usually get my order right most the time but problem is there's alot of times they don't even toast your English muffins. Or bagels soo you have to ask for double toasted every time. But anyways this mornings they say they are open at 6am on here. I pull up at 6:35 and the drive threw was blocked with pilons so I go and park out front of the store and there was 3 employees sitting outside enjoying they're coffee and smoke. I wait 10 minutes giving them time to get in and get things ready even tho it was already nearly 40 minutes after they open. I got inside and the employees hide in the back and I was unable to get my coffee and breakfast before work. Not sure if the hours are wrong or if they were just slacking with it being a Sunday morning. Either way it would have been nice to be acknowledged while I'm standing at the counter hoping to get my coffee. They ignored me this ruined my morning and made for a pretty bad start to the day. If the hours are wrong I do apologize for this review but if they were supposed to be open at 6am why were they not working when they should be and have things ready. Like 40 minutes past open and nothing out just a single pot of coffee for what I assume was they're self and not the customer. Anyways great tims and all but could use some better...
