Excellent service and delicious brunch. We visited on a Saturday morning as a group of five, on the recommendation of a local foodie. Donny, our server, made sure we had a fun and entertaining time, with prompt service. We each ordered different meals, and everyone relished their breakfast. My special request for Smoked Brisket on the Eggs Benedict was accommodated with a smile. The central location of the Atomic Rooster makes it an excellent jumping off place for adventures on Bank Street, the Canal or the Market. Couldn’t have asked for a better start to our Saturday.

Great service, ok food, good portions, good pricing. We tried it on a Saturday night. It was karaoke night, and $15 chicken & waffles (don’t recommend it though). Tried the following: - chicken & waffles — no flavour - fish n chips — ok - jambalaya — ok - gumbo — ok The garlic bread that came with the jambalaya was amazing. I consider it a dive bar, but if you’re looking for well priced priced food and live entertainment this place is for you.

Was recommended for affordable breakfast/brunch and you get what you paid for. Grabbed our own menus and ordered the veggie bagel and club sandwich, which then took an hour to come out. The home fries were something I've never seen before mix matched slices and chunky potatoes but all somehow dry. Atmosphere is a dirty dive bar where the bathroom is a urine scented air freshener. Very unimpressed but definitely affordable.

I popped by around lunchtime today to pick up potato skins for my daughter. I've been to the Rooster several times and the service has been friendly..the food pretty good too. Today was so bad service- and ambience-wise that I will NEVER return. The waitress was unsmiling, spoke in a monotone and didn't thank me for the $2 tip. After she zombied-off another staff member wearing a ball cap asked me if I wanted a drink. I declined, thanked him and asked if he was the chef. He said "No" and walked away. Huh? The potato skins arrived quickly but I was stunned at the measly portion. $14.41 + $2 tip for 4 skimpy skins and scary service from scary staff...You're kidding right? I'm giving 2 undeserved stars (undeserved by staff) because the music was cool (Dexy Midnight Runners; Mighty Mighty Bosstones) and it's a mere 4 minute walk to my daughter's office so the skins were still warm...

I recently visited this restaurant for brunch and had an amazing experience! The moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring that my dining experience was top-notch. The menu offered a wonderful selection of brunch dishes. The food was fresh, flavourful, and well presented. The service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The attention to detail and their genuine passion for providing a great dining experience truly stood out. Overall, I highly recommend this place for brunch. The combination of great food, friendly service, and welcoming atmosphere make it a must-visit spot. I can't wait to go back and try more of their...

PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! My friends and I literally got refused to be served by the one of servers for absolutely no valuable reasons and we didn't anything wrong! We just asked politely for a couple stuff like to bring the menu (there was none on the table) and an umbrella for the table because of the sun. Apparently the staff didn't like that. Not only they were ignoring us for a while before that but after we asked for the menu, one of servers came back saying that "he won't serve us because we were treating him like a servant and then to go kick rocks" which didn't make any sense we never said anything rude to him since the beginning. Will definitely never go back there. Seriously the staff need to do better this behaviour is...
