A group of co-workers and myself went for lunch on a Wednesday afternoon, there were 14 of us. While I don't think any of us were thinking that we were going to be out of there within 30 minutes it took over an hour and a half for all dishes to be delivered. There was an issue with four of the orders that were brought out. The server mixed up the plates and brought the wrong dishes to people. The four people who had mix ups with their orders were originally charged full price and when we asked about a discount for those four people they were given 10%. The people who received the wrong meals were not even able to eat any of it at the restaurant as we were approaching almost two hours. They took the meals to go. Our server kept saying that she was new, but didn't really offer an apology. The manager did not address the situation himself and seemed to be upset with the people who had received the wrong dishes though it was not their fault.
The situation could have been handled much better and with more. They did not seem to really care about their mistakes or making sure the group was leaving happy. For this reason none we will not...
Read moreI had placed close to a $40 order through Just Eats at 3:17pm and I received an email notify to say food will be delivered by 4:55pm (resto only opens at 4pm). No problem. After 15min of being late and no food still at 5:10pm...I called the resto and asked why the delay? Eventually they found my order by my last name and said driver is on the way. It is now 35min late. I paid extra for this service because I am sick in bed and the resto didn't even care about their customers. And I have worked in the customer service field for many years. The delivery driver said he only saw my order sitting there at 5pm. This is very disorganized and unprofessional to me. If you cannot deliver by the time that is quoted to customer via email, then change your advertised policy. Oh yeah, I didn't even get a fortune...

Food (4/5) Service (5/5) Atmosphere (5/5) Seating (5/5) Water (5/5)
This place is tucked away in a quiet St Laurent neighbourhood near Trainyard. Away from the hustle and bustle from China town, very quiet atmosphere and can have a good conversation.
It looks very well kept from the inside, with lots of very comfortable booths! Booths are KEY!
I ordered the All Meat Beef Pho with Satay sauce. The All Meat selection also adds chicken to the bowl.
There was a LOT of rice noodles, very large quantity. I wish there was more beef in the bowl, I have def had bowls in China Town with more protein, was really looking forward to the taste.
The broth was clear and tasted warm and delicious. The sriracha and hoisin sauces are offered in...
