A&W Canada — Restaurant in Penticton

I had to search for this location, to come and RAVE about it; Google ONLY registered we were @ "Riverside Village"! 😏 (Owners might want to contact Google as to WHY your location didn't show up on the map, until I searched for it!) Well, after driving through once we'd finished our shopping, we couldn't stop oohing and ahhing over the freshness and quality of the fries!!! MAJORLY DELICIOUS!!! And the bags of fries were ACTUALLY FULL for a change! The burger was excellent, as always, and the sauce and toppings appropriate and correctly placed!! No centering and straightening out the lettuce and tomato needed! I've been to many A&W locations from Vernon to Penticton, and hadn't had such quality service and food for the past 10 years, at least! THANK YOU 💖 to the friendly, courteous, efficient staff 🚧 working today Tuesday, July 12, 2023, @ 3 p.m.!!! Now, if only HQ would bring back bone-in chicken: I'd NEVER have to go anywhere else...

If i could i would give zero stars!! Ordered from skip the dishes tonight spent $100. Food took an hour and a half to show up just for everything to be wrong got my neighbour to drive me down to remake and ya they remade it but still made it all wrong. The staff is ignorant and rude who works there. Thinks its ok to gossip about a customer behind the till where they can be heard and then make up some lame excuse about their cook disappearing and they dont know how the kitchen works so they tried yet when i went there the cook was there and he still made everything wrong. Not a happy customer right now for spending a $100 our dinner was completely ruined. Have family for the weekend and i have a moody pregnant mom and now a bunch of crying kids because the staff is incompetent and rude. Need better customer service and people who know how to...

We came through the drive though at around 7 and the lady working the window was extremely rude, we ordered a uncle burger meal with a poutine and noticed we didn’t get a poutine, It was missed in the order and so we pay for everything individually, we asked for a difference in price for the combo that we originally ordered to see if we could get reimbursed for the difference. She made a big deal about it and I said she could just give us another drink if it was easier and she agreed. She then aggressively gave it to us and slammed the window after we said thank you. We were shocked at this behaviour. Hope someone has a talk to her about customer service....
