In late April 2023, we were blessed with a pretty fantastic winetasting experience here. Kelly was very friendly and inviting, and I felt fortunate at the amount of time that she spent, explaining the evolution of this winery. I say fortunate, because we were able to go behind the scenes and look at the tasting room while it was under construction. in fact, we were blessed enough to be able to take a look at all of the developments of this fairly new location. You wouldn’t know it, but they have an entire production facility, right downtown, complete with everything you need to make the wine… Large tanks, barrel storage, everything. It was quite something to see.

Back to the tasting, we enjoyed our tasting at the bar in the restaurant. They had a decent selection of very good wine like evolve sparking wine, Chardonnay Pinot blanc white effervescence which was Chardonnay Pinot blanc I think she said, a different version of that followed by 2021 Pinot Gris And more. A note about the restaurant, they Source their proteins/meat from locally grown, organic, where possible. you can see some of the meat as it’s ‘dry aging.’ They will take one of these hunks of meat, and cut your steak They cook it. I don’t know any other place in the Okanagan that does this. We were told that their menu is pretty much constantly changing, as nothing will be served if it isn’t fresh or Current, as far as locally sourced as much as possible, is concerned. This restaurant takes its food very seriously, and you’ll know this when you dine here.

Overall, it was a very good tasting experience, located right down in Penticton, BC. if you have some time, I recommend checking this place out.

Other notes: The entire facility is located in a heritage building, so there were some limitations imposed upon how much change they could make. There won’t be any other tasting bar like this in the Okanagan, they’ve made quite the effort to capture the wine tasting, “cocktail culture“ fine dining, a shared place, with some private rooms for you to book a more intimate function and/or events. I think they’ve even had at least one proposal planned on this...

..Time was an absolute glorious assault on every sense. The building itself is incredible and unique, with beautiful bare wood beams. Our server Wendi was phenomenal; warm, kind and beyond passionate and knowledgeable about the food and wine she served us. Behind the bar, she made me arguably the finest Old Fashioned I'd had, complete with a smoldering sprig of rosemary. The food was amazing to say the least, and worth every dollar. Executive Chef AK delivered at every turn. Well thought out, balanced, and intense flavours, textures, even colors.. this is not your average dining experience. My lamb was perfect, fall off the bone to die for; and we had an in-house made sausage that fiercely rivalled all other sausages. Fiercely. My girlfriend had a burger which she referred to as "the best burger she's ever had". She isn't one to exaggerate.. and after reading some of the other reviews, I'm definitely having the burger next time we go. We had to get the chocolate dessert tray after such incredible food, and it didn't disappoint. I'm not a dessert person, but the bite of each dessert I had was very decadent. It was absolutely a night to remember; I will be eagerly returning and taking all my future out of town guests to Time...

Came here for my boyfriend's birthday. His sister wanted to surprise him by buying him a gift card, and the staff were so helpful in playing along! We started off with a flight of red wine each. The syrah was our favorite and we ended up ordering another glass of it. For starters we had the pork belly potachos, which is an interesting twist of nachos. It had yummy pieces of pork belly with potatoe chips and drizzled sauces. We also had the tabbouleh which was healthy and refreshing. For mains my boyfriend had the burger with the parmesan fries. The burger was so juicy and tender and we really liked the black garlic mayo dip. I had the pea meal pork chop. The meat was cooked so that it was still slightly pink and juicy. My fave! We also shared a side of salad. For dessert we had Bailey's coffee with beignet donuts. The coffee came with a cinnamon stick, which I've never had with Baileys coffee before. It added really nice flavor! All in all it was a great experience and the patio was spread out so we felt covid safe. Make a reso if you can because the patio only has 7 (or...

Let me start by saying what I did like. The atmosphere and ambience was top shelf. The hostess was lovely. She was friendly, welcoming and professional. I was tickled when I saw dill fries on their menu. What a great idea and sounds so delicious. I ordered to go and with an extra dip, which they comped. Thank you for that. In reality they give a fairly large dip, so I wouldn't have needed another. I got it home, it looked great as you can see from the pic. To my surprise, it was extremely salty. I still tried to eat it but that level of salt made it very unpleasant and ultimately inedible. That having been said, I would still.go to the restaurant and try something else. The patrons sitting there did look satisfied and contented. So, worth a 2nd try.
