Thai Express Restaurant Québec — Restaurant in Quebec

Although I love Thai Express, this restaurant is not the best and honest Thai Express in the city. I used Uber Eats to order multiple times. Normally, I don't encounter any problems with service or missing soft drinks when I order from Galeries de la Capitale.

The handling of orders and providing quality food (overcooked noodles) is not up to par with this franchise. After dealing with several incorrect orders that had missing items, I decided to write a review, particularly when accused of being dishonest.

It was my first time ordering this kind of food. And I guess the last time… I ordered fried rice with mushrooms and beef, and fried dumplings. Beef was very hard to chew and the rice tested so bad, like someone burnt eggs or vegetables when they cooked it and after added it to the rice. And you can taste these burnt ingredients. Disgusting. I don't know why the rating is so low which leads my expectations to be extremely low because I am also a tourist from Toronto I've also been through many Thai Express this one is definitely one of the fanciest the environment is superb the servers or cashiers are super nice most importantly the food taste just as good as when I had in Toronto granted this is a chain store not a upscale restaurant but it is for that reason I'm going to write there's a five-star because it is so much better than any other chain store...
