Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Regina

Have been ordering from this location for years, and are now absolutely done, after numerous repeated mistakes & poor service. Last time we ordered the pizza was so bad and undercooked, so we called & they offered a free replacement for next time we ordered, but we're told we had to call to order. Fine. Call to order, tell us no, have to order online, no, we were told to call, they finally agree and look up the number. Free pizza, picking up, added other stuff to order, told ready in 15 min, $31. 5 min later, they call us back & tell us they lost our order & what is our phone number? The number you just called? What number is it? Fine, give them the number, yeah lost your order. Reorder, now it's 30 min and suddenly $45. Boyfriend goes to pick up the order, he's actually still there, over an hour and a half since we put the order in and they just tried to give him someone else's pizza. So still no pizza. Not sure what has happened to this location but save your sanity & your money and...

I’ll give a 0 star for service because lately every time I go in I have to stand around and wait several minutes until an employee helps me. I am an ex employee and the service I get when I go in especially this past week is disappointing and awful. There is no way I should be treated any less of a costumer just because I use to work there. I went in last night with a group of friends and waited 10 minutes before I personally went behind the counter and took my pizza and put the payment in for my friend so they could pay. The manager could of easily put the phones on hold that were ringing and helped us, in my experience helping a costumer is quicker than answering a phone and from what I remember when I worked there (quit 3 days ago) is you help costumers then phone.

I will even give a 0 star for the work experience too. Sure it was nice working there and I gained skills but oh my is the managmemt ever bad!!!

Pizza is pretty good. They have a student discount if you're actually a student, employees are nice. However for my area the 2 dominoes fight over who has to deliver where I am, personally I think it's pathetic, not to mention I know the Vic location is closer. Moving on from that. Only reason it didn't get a 5 star from me is because it seems as if there crust has changed just the flavor of the crust really, however I personally feel as if it's not as raised as it use to be. And I noticed this a long time ago I'd said back in 2016 the crust seemed to change flavors. And the bottom is getting a bit over browned on all the pizzas you get. None the less good pizza...
