Chuck E. Cheese — Restaurant in Regina

On Saturday August 7 , 2021, I attended my niece’s 2 nd birthday at the Check E cheese Regina . I was shocked how unprofessional and untrained staff were . They were very disorganized with setting up the tables and party staff, their equipment were not working to sing the birthday song . I understand that equipments sometimes could have glitches. During the time that all guests are waiting to gather kids and sing the birthday song and cut the cake, a staff member of Check E cheese stepped on the head of the birthday girl who was laying down on the floor out of boredom. The baby stated crying in pain and poor mom and dad were doing everything possible to comfort the baby . Of course there was a major concern that a full grown person stepping on the 2 year old child could be very damaging to the baby . The staff member apologized and we were trying to calm everyone . In doing this we repeatedly told the staff that well accident happens but this place supposed to be a safe place for children so they need to be very careful. What made the matter worst , was the floor manager’s extreme unprofessionalism . She not only did not do anything to help the situation , went ahead and told the childs father that him and his wife are doing this, making a fuss, so they don’t have to pay for the event. This was the most horrendous comment a person can make to a father who just brought his beautiful baby to celebrate her birthday with friends and family and now he is worried about internal injuries caused by the staff member of check E cheese. I always thought of this place a very nice and safe place for kids many years ago I had hold a birthday party of my own daughter and the experience was wonderful. But under this unprofessional management this place is not safe for any child or their birthday parties. The staff are untrained and unprofessional. Went here with my daughter, she loves the games and Chuck E Cheese. She wanted Pizza, we were really pressured into buying the buffet. I was wary because I had been pressured in before and the buffet didn't come out for over an hour after we arrived. this time the pizza came fast but my daughter didn't like it, there is only one option other than pizza on the buffet and it's a lettuce (not even a salad) and I didn't see any dressings. You get one paper plate so if you want to get a different kind of pizza you have to reuse a soggy plate, which I'm pretty sure is against food codes, but maybe not. We have gotten the chicken bites from there before and she did eat most of those. We will stick to them from now on. The games are good, but we have yet to get a picture of her and Chuck E in the car as that seems to take our points but not print out. The Chuck E dance also went out 7 min early last time we were there, but instead of just doing the show early, they restarted it and all the kids had to wait another 7 minutes. It was awkward. The prizes you get for the amount of tickets are definitely not compatible but my 2 year old doesn't notice. All in all, the games are fun and the ticket dance is fun-...

Had a nightmare experience here. One staff member seriously hurt a child who had to be taken to the doctor and the manager then proceeded to act annoyed that the parents were upset and even suggested that it was their fault for booking on a day where the staff were tired??? The staff member that injured the child (a 2 year old by the way), then lied and said she never actually did anything and the family was doing it to get a free party even though the parents had already paid. Anyways, the surveillance video was reviewed and turns out the staff did seriously injure the baby and their only concern was that they didn't want anyone who was there and witnessed this to write a bad review. This is on top of the fact that the staff spilled all of the food, the whole show was glitching and not working on time and nothing was ready when the party showed up at the scheduled time. What I witnessed as a guest was appalling and it is clear that the current staff and management have zero care for children or anyone for that matter. Stay far away from this place for the sake of...
