Press'd Sandwich Shop - Downtown Regina — Restaurant in Regina

I've been to so many restaurants and cafes' but this one is such an exception. If you are looking for a restaurant that offers variety of *comfort foods, (i meant to say a food crafted with so much love and passion since they make their sandwiches all from scratch,), *surprisingly sumptous sandwiches and soups that is reasonably priced, * and a tranqiul place you can dine in or order to take home with after a long stressful day, then this is the place that you definitely have to go. Aside from their sandwiches that taste so inceredibly good, the reason I'll for sure keep coming to them is the warmth of hospitality they offer you starting the very first step of you coming in from their doors. They are so genine and passionate to everyone that comes to visit them. This place and their sandwiches are really to die for!

Only downside is they are only open intil 6pm-ish but we were told that they might be open longer that their current usual store hours on the following month! keep up the excellent...

I requested a catered lunch to be delivered and used your online features. I made sure to do it 2 days prior to the day I needed it. I then got a confirmation email and payment was made online. only to realize the day and time it was supposed to be delivered that you were not open Sundays. No where on the catering drop down does it say you arent open Sundays. Also how does a confirmation accept on a Sunday if you dont cater on Sunday? I did not get a phone call either Friday or Saturday in regards to being closed on Sundays and not being to provide an educational class their lunch. I will be calling for my money...

This is the first review I've written but I wanted to say I had a bad experience and I won't be back. I used the online pre-order to have ready for a certain time. When I arrived at the store my order was not prepared and I spent 1/3 of my lunch waiting for them to finish it. Don't offer a service if you cannot provide it. Edit: The food is good and I've given them a shout out before. Also, this is the second time this has happened. I let it slide the first time because it was only a few minutes late. Once is a mistake, multiple times...
