WESTERN PIZZA DOWNTOWN — Restaurant in Regina

I ordered spaghetti most horrendous mess I've ever gotten. There was a little bit of hamburger but no sauce whatsoever, I asked for extra cheese and red pepper flakes, there was no red pepper flaked at all they put black pepper in my spaghetti. there was just a little bit of cheese just in the center of my spaghetti not even to spread around. The one taking my order couldn't even speak English had a hell of a time trying to get him to understand but I guess he still didn't. If I wouldn't have been so far away when I opened this pig slop up I would have brought it back. I was really hungry so I forced myself to eat it I ate about a quarter of it. But I can tell you I will never and I do mean never will I ever order from this place again. I warn you people stay away from the spaghetti in this place. I like there bacon and eggs but that's about it. I can't say anything about the rest of their food but I would say eat anywhere but...

Had a terrible experience at this location...went for lunch and had their lunch special, cornbeef sandwich with soup, sandwich was small and hardly any cornbeef in the sandwich....said something to the waitress and she just looked at me and shrugged her shoulder and never came back...spoke with the cook and as I flipped open the sandwich, part of it fell on the floor told him he should be embarrassed serving this...he just looked at me...I walked away. Another lady came up to me and said "you did not need to throw the food on the floor and we are not slaves". They are in the wrong business and I have noticed portions are smaller, no solution was provided, was not asked if I you like to order something else and very rude. I will never step into this...

OMG, only ones there, pointed to a table with dirty cups yet to be removed. The volume on the TV and the radio were both on. When it was pointed out, clean cups were given, coffee poured and no spoon or napkin made available. And I received half cup, from a full pot. Menus came at least 10 minutes after the coffee was poured. Order when fine...and in no time at all our food was brought to us. However the eggs and hash browns were under cooked. And the sausages over cooked. But the crowning glory, the food came out on a chipped plate. Not just one chip, but three on the lip of the plate??? We should have had...
