Cheap bubble tea! Haven't tried the pearls, but the prices for the milk, oolong, and green/black teas include pearls (most options are around $4.50 - $6).

The passion fruit green tea at 30% sugar was still too sweet for me, but it was a bang for the buck (I asked for the pearls to be left out and paid $3.85 before tax). The mango oolong tea at regular sugar was not that sweet and the oolong taste was a little too overbearing. I'd definitely recommend this place over Blenz or another cafe in Richmond Centre if you just want a cold tea or a thirst quencher though!

Options for add-ons include mini and regular pearls, egg pudding, taro strips, red bean, coconut and various types of jelly, etc. You can also customize the sugar and ice levels, though I think all the drinks are large. They only accept local...

The service was not too great on Wednesday night April 17th.. the lady seem unhappy to serve the customer . Don't even ask about sugar levels, or ask about anything when I asked bout because the pictures show different than I got drink for. Pictures show half Liquid and half dairy so it's confusing about it .. even ask worker about she didn't even explain it .. anyway that worker does not seem happy working at all .. usually other worker would asked about sugar level, ice level bout it.. unfortunately were good...

Inexpensive bubble tea by today's standard. Price is $4.50 (pearls included) for a standard size cup (i.e. larger than certain chain stores). The black milk tea I ordered was decent, as it had some residual tea aroma. The dairy component was kind of washed out by the ice. Pearls' texture was good - neither chewy or mushy. I liked that you could choose between large or small pearls.

Overall - Not the best bbt; but serviceable when you are on a pinch. It's definitely one of the better ones sold...
