Juice Truck Steveston — Restaurant in Richmond

I tried to order 2 juices and a smoothie via Doordash. I received someone else's order (my name was on the bag) when I tried to politely tell Doordash that I just wanted my order, they punted me around to 4 different customer support representatives all accusing me of lying about receiving the wrong order. I send them many photos for proof only for them to tell me that they didn't have the authority to give me a refund for my order. I even asked them if they could reorder my order, I just wanted my food. They refused and said only a specialized agent could investigate the issue after I had sent them photos.

I'm giving Juice Truck the benefit of the doubt in case I get to actually try the food I wanted. But them switching my order with someone else's soured the experience and caused me so much angst with the Doordash customer support...

I went into this little store today for some orange juice. When i asked for orange juice the girl at the counter told me that they not sure if they make orange juice. She went to ask someone else and came back and said ‘we don’t really make orange juice because it’s too pulpy and it takes too many oranges with not much juice’ . She suggested I go to Save on around the corner. I guess I was mislead by the stores name “The Juice Truck”. They do have lovely desserts so I bought some peanut butter cups as well as their Nut and Seed milk.

Their juice fridge was almost empty with very little selection. I personally will not go out of my way to come back for juice. I will pop in for treats though if I’m...

I had lunch today at the Juice Truck Steveston. My wife and I shared a Bah Mi Bowl, a noodle salad, an Almost Chocolate and a Red juice. I can't remember the last time I was so satisfied after eating lunch. No other place makes healthy food taste so good! Also, the service was excellent. I called ahead and ordered a smoothie and a juice from Sarah. She was professional and helpful over the phone and had everything ready for me when I showed up 10 minutes later.
