This is one of my favourite place for Pho in Vancouver. I've been supporting them from their old location on Granville Avenue. since 2011, and they were forced to relocate because of redevelopment in that little tiny strip mall on Granville Avenue and I had followed them to this new location on No. 3 Road since. Their current location is tucked in in the little strip mall where IHOP, Wo Fung and John 3:16 are also located. So parking could be a bit tense there. Back then their pricing was their competitive edge, but since covid, the prices have really soar. I remember paying $13 for a meal combo that includes a bowl of pho, spring rolls and a drink. Now the combo is $16.50 and the pricing wasn't increased overtime. The Bahn Mi combo was $8.50 back then and now just a Bahn Mi itself costs $8. For a $8 sub, I think they could add a little more pate and or meat to justify the pricing. Regardless of the price increase, their spring rolls are a must order and their Spicy Beef and Pork with thick vermicelli soup comforts your soul in the cold weather. It's very addicting! Their Phos are also very good. The grilled pork and lemon grass chicken with an egg on rice comes with a bowl of soup (which is just the pho broth) and it's one of their popular order there too. Price: $8 - $20 / per person Taste: Sub: 3.3 / 5 Pho: 4.7 / 5 Rice: 4.0 / 5 Atmosphere: ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Seating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Price Performance ratio: Sub: 2.6 / 5 Pho: 3.2 / 5 Rice: 3.4 / 5

BUBBLE TEA BEWARE! Salad rolls and soup were tasty. However... the "fresh mango bubble tea" was an AWFUL disappointment. The drink was sour (but also sickly fake sweet, if that makes sense) and did not taste like fresh fruit. The "pearls" were one big clump that I could not separate with shaking or mixing with a spoon (see photo). They were crunchy- more like coconut jelly or squid. When I phoned to ask for a refund, the man was rude before passing me over to a woman. The woman apologized but said she would not refund me because I ordered from UberEats and they wouldn't get any money back. I said I paid $16 plus tax & tip for two of these drinks that were the worst bubble tea I have ever had. We couldn't finish it and now my stomach feels gross. I was told their pearls are not tapioca like regular bubble tea, and that I should just shake the pearls and they would separate (I already tried that and it didn't work). I asked her what she thought I should do, and she said contact Uber Eats (even though she knows I won't get a refund from them). Clearly this business is not interested in listening or satisfying customers when they have a legitimate concern, so I will take my business elsewhere.

The food is ok. The servers are nice. We had the vietnamese sandwich with coffee combo and a beef soup with the rainbow bean combo. The sandwich was good, bread nice and crunchy, the cilantro in the filling added an interesting taste to it. The coffee with condensed milk was ok, it came with a jug of hot water-the server said it is there in case the coffee come in too strong, which I thought was a good idea. I had a little bit of the beef soup, it was just ok, quite salty for me. The iced bean included in the combo was ok. As for the ambience-I liked their laminate flooring, it was also clean and shiny. Parking is at the back, I did not like that we have to pass thru a couple of the big garbage bins before getting thru the back door entrance. I think it will be a good idea to just cross from No.3 Road and enter thru the front door to avoid that unpleasant smell, but watch where you park, I will not recommend parking at the Mall or by the City Hall.

an’t eat pork so we were confused 2. They both tasted off to us. We waved down a female server and addressed the issue to her. She was so rude and began to tell us we just wanted a free meal. After me telling her about 4 times that I just don’t want the spring rolls and that I’ll pay she finally went to the back to let the kitchen know. But she was literally yelling and I can hear her from the floor. It was embarrassing as hell also being the only Two in the restaurant that didn’t look the same and everyone staring at us. Anyways long story short, she was the most UNPROFESSIONAL server I’ve ever met. I was honestly so embarrassed and I’m not the type to send food back ever but the spring rolls were so bad I had to say something and she didn’t make it any better. I use to come here all the time with friends but after this experience I wouldn’t recommend coming here unless you want to get yelled at by a “server” or whatever you’d call her. Definitely won’t be getting our...
