Ordered catering services for a large event and was promised catering trays with individually wrapped sandwiches, as clearly stated in the online order description. However, the store did not follow through and instead delivered trays where all the subs were simply stacked together. This came nowhere as the picture shown on the order website. This created a huge inconvenience for our guests, especially since it was an outdoor event with limited access to napkins.
When I called the store afterward, the employee (Harpreet) incorrectly claimed that individual wrapping had to be specially requested, which is untrue as the website clearly lists it as a standard feature for catering trays (screenshot attached). I was told the store manager (Parvinder) would call me back, but I never received any follow-up.
Overall, this catering order was a major disappointment. The lack of care and follow-through as well as laziness from the store not only ruined the dining experience for our guests but also impacted a big part of our event… Based on this experience, I would not recommend ordering catering from this...
Read moreI’m writing regarding a recent order we placed, which included the steak mushroom dish. At the time of ordering, I specifically asked the staff member to add Alfredo sauce to the dish. Unfortunately, when we received the order, there was no Alfredo sauce present, and the dish lacked the cheesy, creamy texture that was expected.
The item was supposed to be a cheesy melt, but it did not appear to have any cheese at all. This was disappointing, as it did not meet the description or the expectations based on the order.
I wanted to bring this to your attention in hopes that steps can be taken to ensure better accuracy and consistency in the future. Based on this experience, I would have difficulty recommending this dish to others.

Employee “we just opened at 11am” My response “not sure what that’s got to do with cold meatballs?” Employee “well you ordered something that takes time to heat up” Now I’m not sure if it’s just me but if you open at 11 that should mean you are ready to serve your entire menu at 11, no? if not perhaps let the customer know what isn’t yet available.
