This is the worst tim hortons drive thru in Richmond hands down 🖓.
1)-They always have the longest drive-thru line up and takes sooooooooooo long to get your order... even if your the only car in line be prepared to wait 10 mins.
2)-Before you drive away make sure you double check your order yourself, because 80% of the time they will fu*k up your order!! Ask for a steep tea they will give you a coffee🖒 great job idiots.
3)-The employee's never understand anything when ordering from the drive-thru intercom, they always ask to repeat my order 3-4 times and only language I speak is english I cant even imagine how difficult and frustrating it would be if english wasn't my first language they need to fix that stupid intercom!!! Idiots...
4)- The drive-thru staff is super rude and have no manners.. They never say please, thank you or your welcome. They will also get mad if you double check your order... and say in a very rude voice it's all in there!!!!!! And yet they still gave me a coffee instead of a steep tea that day. Idiots....
4)- If you check online for the daily soup selection this location will never have the same selection. Or the soup on the menu is always wrong or they are all out witch they never update on the menu. At least put a sold out sticker on the menu!!!!!!!! Idiots....
I can't even count on both hands and toes how many times this location has screwed up our orders. My wife refuses to pick of any food here now, as she told me last week she gets anxiety just thinking about going there.
I have some advise for the franchise owner Pete... Please drive around the lower mainland to other tim hortons franchises and see how fast the staff works and takes orders. You can definitely learn how to run a business and properly train your staff. You should visit the Timmy's at Strawberry hill in Surrey on 72nd, go in the morning the busiest time of day the efficiency of the staff will blow you mind in comparison to your...
Read moreI asked for no plain Timbits being very specific by saying “I don’t want the ones without anything on them but everything else is okay. She repeated no plain ones and sounded completely okay with that. I get home and 5 out of 20 are plain - a much higher percentage than if they just did equal numbers of alll the types (in the case that the message didn’t get through to the person preparing) and it wasn’t all plain ones in the case that the message was just mixed up. It was a quarter plain and more than any of the other types which suggests they did it on purpose to be jerks. About 9:30 pm Nov 15th. Not acceptable. The ability to follow instructions is critical for not only preferences but also dietary restrictions. It’s not something to horse around with or screw up for fun or being absent minded.. If there’s a special request then you need to make sure it’s done. It was very quiet so there was no pressure from being busy. Basically I paid full price and only got 75% of the product I ordered. It’s not a lot of money but no one likes to be ripped off, especially if it was the staff playing around. Please fix this issue. It’s in my neighbourhood and I don’t want to have to avoid it. Moved here and used to Timmie’s that will do requests like this or at least are truthful up front when they say they can or cannot. This was the Drive-Thru. Even if I didn't make a special request, giving more plain ones than anything else is bad service (unless it came with a heads up and apology that they didn't have enough of the other ones). Update: I filled out the form as a result of the request to provide feedback in the link to be nice and help them improve and I had a email that was patronizing, insulting, asked me to provide the information for the third time! And all along, I am the one that was put out, and now they are taking up more of my time and being rude doing it. I wasn’t looking for compensation. I want to see...
Read moreOMG this place I always stop in to have my coffee before my flight. Until this morning, when I got there and one lady was at the drive through (I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with her and she’s usually pleasant) and three others chatting in the back. I waited for 7minutes while approximately three vehicles got served while I waited patiently! Then I finally got served (one coffee and bagel toasted with butter.) while they were preparing it I kindly asked if ty could add peanut butter? Oh boy did the two ladies one on the sandwich stand and other on the drive through both said “well you have to pay for it .25 cents.” I was shocked! I then said that after all the waiting while drive-through was being served and they kept arguing with me. So I asked for he manager and another guy that took my order came out and said “well we have no manager at this hour call back after 6 am.” I advised hem that I didn’t care about the cost but the fact of not acknowledging customers and customer service for some reason thIs morning was not the top priority!!!
So I opted out and canceled the whole order and went to another TH few min away and I asked for the same order with peanut butter and they didn’t even charge me for it!!
So moral of the story! If you don’t like customer service and night shift; please find another job.
If a manager gets this please provide your staff with some backbone and Customer Service...
