Cheese biscuit was also really nice; it did not require any further butter or other additions..perfect amount of crusty crispiness around the outside and moist while being light with just the right amount of salt. My son had the Paris Brest..a beautiful choux sandwich with hazelnut chocolate, whipped cream and custard for filling, glazed w chocolate and sprinkled with buttery toffee bits..don’t miss it if you like cream puffs! Cute little place in Steveston - I've lived in Richmond for so long but this is the first of been here.

So many good choices - I went for the Peach and Blueberry Frangipane and they were a delight. They were both crispy and soft. There's an option to eat in at a tiny bar by the storefront, the pastry is served on a ceramic plate and can be enjoyed with a fork. Regular brewed coffee and a variety of teas are also served here but it's predominately a pastry shop therefore it's expected they won't have specialty coffee normally found at a Cafe.

COVID protocols in place. One person taking your order and another getting your baked goods. We went almost around closing so there weren't many pastries left. Staff was super nice, quick and attentive. The lemon meringue tart was my favourite (also one of their more popular items). The lemon curd was nice and tart and the meringue helped cut through the tartness perfectly. The tart itself was the perfect texture as it broke with adequate force. Would order it again.
