Order 3 burgers it was around 11:30–11:40 at night, came out all 3 burgers had less/no sauce. Went back to drive thru and complained where the staff mention we can give you a side cup of sauce (what am I going to dip burger in sauce and then eat), was asked to pull up to window where I was asked to give burgers back which I gave and then I asked for refund- I was given 2.5$ less than my bill and then I showed my payment that I paid x amount I was being told that they didn’t charged me for extra onions (regardless they’ve never charged me for extra onions) and after that when I asked for the difference in change associate mentioned don’t be rude and I said I’m not I’m just asking my money back and then was given rest of the change. Ordered FRESH beyond meat burger, they asked me there was one made 2 minutes ago, i said sorry i need a fresh i can wait. They said they will make it . But looks like they gave me same patty grilled little more. The beyond meat burger makes real difference when its really fresh and warm.

This is the second time I experienced this from this location, once they serve me i dont return my food unless its bad to eat, but i ask them fresh so i get satisfied. Even this time i didnt return my food as its still edible. But doesnt feel fresh and i will try not to come to this...

It was horrible. Got to the hotel and the onion rings were soggy and not cooked. There was so much grease it leaked through the bag. The chubby chicken burger wasn't cooked properly and the bun for the mama burger was soggy. I called and the guy who answered said he would put my name in the book so they would replace the items. We went back the next day and he didn't wright my name. Then my wife had to argue with the staff to get the items free that were promised. The staff were rude and gave attitude.
