Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Saint John

The guy in east side location was very very rude And also unprofessional and he dont even know the meaning of customer service .Ordered the pizza today 03/06/2020 around evening Time but when went to pick up the pizza then the guy was very unprofessional, rude, not attended at all and totally disrespectful and when asked that I want to order something else and then without even listening to me he tried to answer so badly that he cannot do anything as I ordered the pizza through the third party app and worst thing is when I went home then found that the order is totally incorrect and he served me the wrong pizza and when I called back in store and the guy hung up on me and again his tone was very rude At that time.These type of people really do not deserve working in retail customer service roles who do customer facing roles and who feel like they own the shop and company and They attend customer like fool.If I would have option to give 0star i would give it..highly disappointed and will not recommend this place ..bad experience and...

I called Papa John's west and they told me that it would be an hour and a half wait. I called the East location and they told me they couldn't serve me because the west side location would "put up a stink". I told him the west side location is going to be an hour and a half. I told them I would pay extra for delivery, at which point an awkward "awwwww" was heard. I politely said "Guys I'd just like to order a pizza, do you want my business?". The representative on the phone seemed confused by this. I called the Papa John's customer service line and she said this is normal. Normal for me to be denied service because other Papa John's owners will "put up a stink". So I have two Papa John's, fairly close to my house and neither would allow me to buy their product....

Absolutely awful. Pizza came soggy, cheese sticks with bacon piled up on one side, never seen anything like it. Called the location and manager refused to honor quality control remake and blamed it on delivery driver services, who we've never had a problem with before, then hung up on me. Papa John's corporate refused to follow up and investigate the issue. Bottom line is we've learned to make our own pizza dough and never order from here again. So thanks for saving us...
