Good food, absolutely terrible service. Been there many times over the years, and these guys do not know how to operate a business. My orders have been messed up countless times, and they are absolutely no help when calling in to discuss messed up orders. This store needs an entirely new staff. God awful service the past 5-10 times I've been there, you guys should just sell the store and let somebody competent run restaurant. Will only be going to the west side location from now on, and I live east. I highly advise against going here, especially when using doordash or skipthedishes. Their mess ups are always someone else's fault. They even told me to email a messed up order in to their support email, instead of just handling it over the phone. I was completely baffled. Read moreThe workers here are super nice and always make super good pitas- especially the younger fella with the tattoos down his arm. He's always super welcoming when I come in, and the pitas he makes are perfect. They cook it for the perfect amount of time, he puts the right amount of cheese and sauce every time, folds it in the best way and wraps it perfectly. I can't even express how perfect and well done they are. I get excited to go here and plan my day around it just because the food is always so good and the workers are so nice. I had the soft white pita bread loaded & wrapped with babaganoush spread (mashed eggplant/tahini/spices/lemon juice), feta cheese, lettuce, spinach, tomatoes, alfalfa sprouts, olives, red onions, green peppers, and a light ranch dressing.
