I’ll start by saying I visit this Tims every morning. Tiana, Jasper, MJ, Eric, Roger, Maggie (don’t see her too often) are amazing. Want to know who is the most amazing? The manager. Casey is awesome; he always has a smile on his face and I’ve never experienced seeing him cranky EVER. It’s refreshing to see a manager lead by example; im sure his positive attitude and sunny disposition rub off on his staff. I remember the store had an event that had some Sesame characters and Casey was so kind to give my granddaughter a very special balloon.

Read moreWent throught the drive thru Monday, June 12th approximately at 7:45 a.m. and knew the gentleman in front of me paid for my coffee (know him) anyways get up to the window and the girl tried to charge me $14 told her no just the coffee which she charged me $2.07 which was already paid by the friend ahead of me...Went through again Tuesday, June 13th same time and mentioned it to the young fella working the window amd response was weird and it was strange...never offered to pass the message along nothing. Read moreWould never recommend any Tim's. This is not the restaurant I grew up going to. Coffee is not what it use to be, food is not good and the atmosphere is not inviting.
There is no customer service, that is a thing of the past.
I don't appreciate ordering coffee and see my coffee cups picked up by fingers inside the cups I'm going to be drinking from.
90% of the time I'm bringing something back because my order is not correct and then made to feel like I'm an inconvenience for bring it to their attention.
My days of going to any Tim Hortons are done.
