I would not recommend this place anymore! I left my old 5 star review under this writing for you to see how much their service went downhill, gross!
First they didn't complete my order and left out items, I brought them back with receipt, the manager said okay and processed to ignore me and keep making other orders, terrible service, I had to ask if she was going to complete my order or keep making others while mine wasn't finished, she then made excuses and said she didn't make it.
Now tonight, I ordered a Jr. Chicken, waited 15 minutes for a barely warm patty and cold fries! And the drink was out of syrup The service here is terrible and they should hire all new staff or at least get competent staff!

Read moreI am about to go on a diet so decided to fulfill some desires before I started. So I got on the new uber eats app to browse. Decided to go with the Big Mac as the they had a buy one get one free offer. To top it up I got another quarter pounder meal. So that's 3 burgers, 1 portion of fries and a soda. The food arrives and both big macs had the tiniest burger patties I have ever seen. I don't think even a kids meal would have a patty that small. This was either a prank played on me or else the quality of food at Mcdonalds has hit lows I wouldn't think were possible. Either way! A lesson learnt. I'm not sure if this is only the case with this outlet at Westmorland or is this the entire Saint John. But, rest assured I won't be buying from this...
Read moreThis did not effect me personally, however, I want to give a shout out to Christina. I was in the store yesterday with my grandson and there were 2 older gentleman behind me. One was not pleased with his burger and had a complaint. Christina was at their table listening to one of the gentleman repeat himself multiple times about how he wanted his burger prepared and the type of chicken. She had lots of patience and was over the top polite. After she left, the line Manager, Amanda ended up at their table as well and she was just as polite. I was very impressed and let both of them know this. They deserve a pat on the back for a job...
