Wendy's — Restaurant in Saint John

Unreal drive thru experience today, I've never had someone so rude when working drive thru, I didn't get this ladies name but she was working drive thru window @ 2:50pm December 1st 2022 and was a older lady. I'm not quite sure what caused her foul mood but man it was raunchy, first of all , I knew what I wanted and when she finally started to take our order I knew she was in a feral mood this is how it went.. Lady: what do you want Me: I'll get a JBC , small fries and a 6pc chicken nuggets cuts me off when I'm saying nuggets Lady:what sauce do you want Me:I'll get siracha Lady: we don't have any siracha (she's yelling at this point into the mic) Me: what sauce do you have Lady: ghost Pepper sauce Me: okay I'll get that Lady: is that everything (yelling and clearly iterated) Me: ordering for my wife no I'll get another small fries and Lady: cuts me off is that it (yelling even louder) Me: and a 6 PC chicken nuggets Lady: pull up to the window I was gunna order a 2 drinks but I just had enough of her salty attitude lol , I pull up the window she slams the window open agressively holds out the debit machine and not a greeting/peep came out of her.

Won't be back again to this location just so I don't have to run into this miserable lady again lol ✌️

It's been about a Year since I heard about Wendy's Brekkie and so have my Kids . Both Them and I were looking forward to Trying it. When we first walked in I was Impressed How Clean Everything was the Dinning area, the Kitchen and the Washrooms. I'm talking Irving Clean !! I ordered the Sausage Egg and Cheese on a Bisquit..Omg that First Bite was Heavenly 😇 ( I swear I heard a Chorus Of Angels ) It was Absolutely Delcious!!! Next was My Son Who is not easy To Fill up ,( Hes 21 yrs old 6 foot 2 with Wavy Brown Locks and Hes a Good Looking Man ...Yes Ladies Hes available. I cant wait to see the look on his face when he sees this review 🤣😂🤣) he had the Baconator Sausage Breakfast Sandwich with these golden brown Wedge Potato Fries ( Whats Taters Precious ? Boil em Mash Em Stick em with your Wendy Brekkie) and it actually Filled him Up. My daughter had the Egg Cheese and Bacon on a Mc Muffin ( Shes Very Smart and Pretty with a Sense of humor that Rivals Her Father ) She Enjoyed it throughly . Thanks Wendy's for a Very Positive Experience !! I Highly Recommend...

I’ve been going to this Wendy’s since I was a kid and let me tell you: I have NEVER had a positive experience with customer service. Sarah, the manager at this location is racist and when my friend went in to ask for a properly made frosty, (they gave us chocolate instead of vanilla) she was incredibly rude and mocked his accent. A small tip for the employees: don’t 👏 yell 👏 at 👏 your 👏 customers 👏.

When we ordered Skip The Dishes, they gave us (vegetarians) 6 burgers and put OUR receipt on them. When I called to complain, the boomer on the phone yelled at me and was very rude.

This location takes forever to make their food. I have waited over 30 minutes for fries and a frosty. They prioritize Skip and Drive Thru more than anything. They ignored me when I went in and didn’t notice my existence for 10 minutes. That is 35 minutes of wasted time for one f*cking order.
