McDonald's — Restaurant in Sarnia

If I could I wouldn’t even give it 1 star. This McDonald’s has to be the worst McDonald’s in sarnia. Tonight I went to Walmart after work to order pictures. I had to wait 45 minutes for the pictures so I decided I would get some dinner while I waited. So I got my usual order a quarter ponder with cheese with no mustard add mayo. Well it was the worst quarter ponder I have had and I was very disgusted with it. I ate about half of it until I realized that the burger was pink. I thought that couldn’t be right so I took a picture and sent it to my husband and his grandma and they both agreed with me. So I’m just letting you all know who thinks it’s a great place to better check the food your getting. 2 weeks ago I was in with my cousins and the got a grilled cheese and their grilled cheese wasn’t even cooked. Hi, I visited your location around 9:19 PM and ordered a Junior Chicken meal and two sandwiches. The girl with blue eyes served us. The food was cold and the fries were really bad. We asked for new fries, and a male staff member said he’d get us fresh ones, but we had to wait 4–5 minutes. Meanwhile, the same girl was doing her closing duties and ignored us even when we said “excuse me” several times.

She was very rude, and even told us to leave while other people were still eating. It felt really unfair and disrespectful. She also kept hitting the POS system and the coffee machine aggressively. If the manager is reading this, please check the cameras. Her behavior was unacceptable and she clearly lacks basic manners.

Head office should probably know that any service metrics being collected at this site are fake. The self order kiosk never has printer paper, and they clear the order from the screen as soon as it arrives, so you at head office never get an actual account of how long it takes from order placed to order fulfillment. If this is corporate policy, then you could save more money by taking down the screen that lists the in progress and order being served messages, and not pay the electricity bill to run it, either.
