Beppi's Gelato — Restaurant in Saskatoon

Foreword: this wants to be a review of constructive criticism. Their gelato is very good and I don't complain about that. But, as a person who was born and grew up and lived in Italy for many years, I would just suggest keeping the "classic" flavours like hazelnut, vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, stracciatella, lemon, and so on always in the shop. Those are the main ones. A couple of Sundays ago I went to Beppi's, it was Sunday at 3pm, mother's day, 28 degrees outside and a long line waiting. They only had 5 or 6 flavours and no idea whether they could continue serving customers till 9pm. The flavours did not include the classic ones, above mentioned. This is something that would never happen in Italy. Probably less of the fancy flavours but more of the classic ones. And most importantly, if one gets finished, why not keeping an extra bowl, especially during these warmer months? It will get sold, I am sure. I've talked with a few friends and, for the same reason, they have already decided to not go anymore to Beppi's. Just a suggestion for...

The gelato selection was fantastic, offering a great variety of flavors. From the smooth and indulgent classic vanilla to the rich, coffee-infused scoop and the crunchy delight of chocolate chip-studded flavors, every bite was heavenly. The presentation was beautiful, as seen in our photos—the gelato was piled high, perfectly swirled, and even had a bit of a melting-over-the-edge charm that made it all the more tempting.

A good variety of flavors and good simple choices for your cone. It was a nice little shop setup they have along Broadway. Prices are not cheap but there is value to what you are paying.

My only qualms are how our ice cream was scooped. The one my boyfriend got was pretty much flat (feels like he didn't even get that much ice cream) and he had to eat his as fast as possible before parts of it started falling out.
