I recently grabbed a bite at a pizza place in the mall, and it was a bit of a mixed experience. When I walked up, all the pizzas were sitting in a warming window, and they looked like they had been there for a while. Despite the less-than-fresh appearance, the pizza actually tasted pretty good. I can only imagine how much better it would be if it was fresh out of the oven. The first time I ordered, the worker didn’t bother to warm up my slice, which is usually standard for this type of place. It seemed like he just didn’t care. However, I was still hungry, so I went back for another slice. This time, a different worker—a woman—helped me, and she took the time to warm it up. It made a big difference, and the slice was much better. Overall, this pizza place could be hit or miss, depending on how much effort the staff puts in. When they take the time, the pizza can be pretty good, but if they don’t, you might be left disappointed.

Great pizza, panzerotti and gelato. This place is a Sault Ste. Marie staple. I was somewhat concerned when the founder sold the business as he put his sweat and blood into the quality of the product... which showed with its amazing taste! It tastes like the new owner may have fiddled with the pepperoni and cheese... Not as good but still very tasty.

Not what it used to be. Loved having a slice or panzo with my parents when I was a kid. Over the years portions got smaller while prices went up like crazy. Took my kid today, she enjoyed her pizza, but my panzo was raw and doughy inside.

Overly expensive- but pretty good. Better than most of the chains in the Soo for sure. When the Station Mall was still a place I hung out I would always find myself drawn to Ricardo's over everything else in the food court.

Their dipping sauces are amazing, maybe the best in the Soo. The pizza is great, the big slices always being a top quality and cooked to perfection. The line always moved very quickly with very little dawdling.

Of course now I get to say what I don't like to justify only giving three stars. It's expensive, even when you're ordering slices at a time it's pretty crazy how quickly it burns a hole in your pocket if you're paying for a group.

Their drinks are a joke, they're expensive and you get less of it then in other places right next to them. From my experience the service was rude, extremely so. God forbid you stick around for a few seconds and think about what you're ordering.

I cant comment on the quality of the pizza as is delivered, as unfortunately I don't think I ordered it before- but if I can I'll update this review with the experience of just using the app and...

I did get a response from someone they said they make everything fresh and I should order ahead of time . The point is I was there and ordered I was told 7-8 minutes, which I was absolutely fine with…… the male cook refused to make them, saying they were sold out I was right there and saw/heard everything . I understand supply and demand but this was a flat out no..,, when I asked why there were now panzo when I was refused my order…the response was well he didn’t know when he’d get to them!!! This was 15-20 minutes after I enquired.

I just wanted to let the owner of this business know. I as refused when I placed an order

Just went to Ricardo’s for lunch I ordered 2 panzo and the cooks in the back said were sold out we don’t have any. We ordered pizza instead only to walk by their display case 20 minutes later and there sits close to a dozen of them. I did ask why they would tell us they were sold out when clearly they weren’t. I was told they didn’t know when they’d be done. Terrible customer service It definitely has gone down hill. The only thing My son who was home from college wanted was...
