90% of the the time, pizza is best in Lakefield. Tried them all. Sometimes communication issue, depends who is taking order, rare. OVERALL, 4 🌟 New reviews: Ordered Hawaiian pizza, add double cheese and pepperoni. Picked up.

It was tasteless, not even Hawaiian, no pineapple, no ham. Called to complain. Manager stated, that I refused to return pizza. Driver came to pick up pizza, for a remake. A few days later, ordered remake, again pizza was missing cheese. Pointed out to pizza cashier. No time to complain or fix again. Remake, was the same, this time there was 3 or 4 pieces of pineapple and a sparse amount of ham, so tiny.

Too bad, I know it is hard to get experienced workers. Went from 4 Stars 90% of the time to one star. Complete fail. Never returning.

Here is the thing, I worked as management for 7 years in Pizza. Blue Seal registered licenced Cook. Sanitation license, 20 years in kitchens. My resume was rejected, when looking for work. This was worse that Pizza Hut. Across Canada Pizza Hut downsized, due to cutting back on quality of pizza. No wonder, the are closing Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Not due to staff shortage, rather getting the right staff, or the appropriate training. Dough was done well, toppings was very limited. I was willing to oversee, the first mistake, to remake it, equally wrong. I cannot keep giving chances. Not even if it was free.

In my experience, you can have 20 cooks and get 20 different results. You get a good cook to lead. Not rookies to run the show.

Never re-ordering. Even after the second time ordering chicken wings. Was a fail. How does anyone fail on chicken wings?

Pretty difficult, unless the wings were cheaper product. Or cook cooked longer than 7 minutes,...

Very disappointed. Loved this place was my families go to. Both our pizzas were burnt and hardly any cheese (which tasted odd), and the pizza itself was tough and tasted a bit like cardboard (don’t mean to totally trash just being honest). I don’t know what happened, requested an exchange for a new pizza, they advised it would take over an hour and never offered to actually send a replacement (I understand, especially with 1 driver but if you made an error on an order it should be rectified at a reasonable time) I than requested a refund , they only offered a credit for which they tried to offer us a small pizza (we ordered a large and an xtra large that they never even offered to replace) when I corrected they said they’d offer a medium pizza as credit… again we ordered a large… very strange as usually...

Maybe this place has changed owners over the period of 2019-now, but it’s different.

The building is run down. Only 4 small tables inside. No pop or dip in the fridge- instead it sits empty with a paper and marker note stating to ask an employee for pop or dips ( which is different to before where they’d hand you the bag and let you just go get your 4 cans and dipping sauce). They don’t ever (every time I’ve asked) have the dairy free cheese, that they have available to order on their website.. & the pizza was just meh.. nothing to write home about. The toppings (tomatoes, olives and green peppers) didn’t even look like they went through the oven? It wasn’t the same pizza as a few years ago, that’s for sure.

Yeah, it’s a cheaper pizza option, but I’d rather pay more, to guarantee good, hot, fresh...
