I went through the drive thru. I ordered my meal and a diet root beer. The guy handed me my drink first while he went to retrieve the food. I took a sip of the drink and it was regular root beer. When he handed me the food, I said, "Oh, sorry, but this is regular root beer, I ordered diet." In a thick Indian accent, he said, "No, no, you said regular." I said, "No, I said diet. I always order diet. I don't even drink regular pop." He said, "No, you said regular." I said, "Um could I just get what I ordered please." He outstretched his arm to try to give me the drink again. I said, "No, that's not what I ordered. I want a diet root beer please." He stared at me, and then he said, "Ok, ok, you just take it then." I'm thinking - what is happening. I said, "No, that's not what I want. Can I just speak to your manager please." He sighed, and said, "Ok".
He closed the window, and then opened a minute later and gave me a diet root beer. I said, "So were you just not going to give me my drink then unless I spoke to your manager?" He said, "No, no, I gave you drink." I said, "Ok, just so you know, in Canada, when you give somebody the wrong order, normally you just say, 'oh sorry about that', and you just correct the order. You don't argue with them." He just sighed and stared at me. I drove away and will never go there again.

The girl asked for me to repeat what dip cup so i said jalapeño ranch again. she confirms my order and i pay at the drive through, we park in the parking lot and she had given us a barbecue instead. Thinking it was a mistake, my boyfriend goes back in and explains that we asked for a jalapeño dip cup and were given a barbecue instead, and asked for the jalapeño ranch. she goes and gets a dipping sauce and gives it to him, but unfortunately it was STILL BARBECUE. he tells her “this is still barbecue, i just asked for a jalapeño dip cup” and then she confusingly looks at him for a second and says “so do you want barbecue or jalapeño?” he then states JALAPEÑO AGAIN!!!! not sure what was so confusing about this considering we both don’t have accents and made it very clear, but it was a very painful experience, and barbecue sounds nothing like...
