Quiznos — Restaurant in Sherwood Park

I would give no stars on service if that was an option. I placed an order this evening for 2 large subs, for pickup. Paid by credit card online. My husband arrived about 3 minutes later than the website said the order would be ready, but it hadn't even been started. Not a big problem, he sat down and waited for it. Eventually the employee gave him the order in a sealed bag. It wasn't until he got back home that we saw there was only one sub in the bag. He called the location and the girl who had served him answered. He told her the problem and she said, yes she knew that. It was because they didn't have any Queso sauce for the Queso Philly we had ordered so she couldn't make one. Flippin' heck! Seems it would have been too hard to TELL him that while he was there? So he could have ordered a substitute? He told her he wanted a credit issued for the "missing" sub and she mumbled something about her manager. Hopefully the manager will issue a credit. Either way, I will probably NOT be ordering...

This is the worst customer service I have ever seen! We arrive at 8:15 pm on a Thursday. Ordering sandwiches and everything is great. Then we get to the other side and I ask if there is still soup because I see containers on the back counter. She says "No, we close at 8:30". I said, "8:30? Not 9pm like most restaurants? When did that change?" She says, "Last month". I came here specifiically for soup because it's cold outside, so now I was irritated. Then she packs all of our stuff into a bag to go. My husband's jacket is already at the table behind us. So I say, "Do we have to leave? Are we not allowed to eat here?" In very broken English she replied something along the lines of "No, sorry only 5 mins".

Last and final time I will step foot in this useless establishment. The sandwiches were horrible and tasteless.

PS. Google says you should be open until 930pm today. You should think about updating your only form of advertising if you have any hope if succeeding. Word travels fast in a...

Very disappointing, having not been to Quiznos for sometime we thought we would pop in to grab lunch. The person starting the subs never once changed her gloves in between sandwiches, I did ask her to and she did for me, this after seeing her make four different meat sandwiches for all different people and not wiping the board down between either. (shouldn't have to ask--CROSS CONTAMINATION) I got the veggie and guac, very mediocre with the toppings, less than fresh. My lunch companion asked for the classic italian and was told they had no spicy capicole, so he chose the chipotle steak and cheddar. The chipotle had zero flavor, the meat was slimy, he couldn't even finish the sub. Overall would not recommend at all!! In fact this has put us off Quiznos all together. (overall cleanliness...
