Updated review Jan 5th 2018: interesting to see that the salads come in kind of a "some assembly required" fashion. At first, I was surprised by this, but then after thinking a few seconds I really like how you're able to make your salad exactly how you want it. Want a taco salad with no salsa? No problem, it comes I it's own container. Have allergies and can't have certain things in it? It's a lot easier to work with such when they're all in separate containers :)
Updated review Nov 3rd: Still just as tasty with exceptionally quick service. Wound up getting something slightly different than what I had said (Asiago Ranch combo, received spicy). Despite not noticing this until my first bite, the staff were exceptionally friendly, polite, and apologetic and offered to remake the burger with a smile. Still definitely an excellent location to stop at for a meal!

Read moreBrought my kids here for a quick dinner on the way to soccer; we ordered 2 chicken nugget meals and one burger with no tomato which I told staff was an allergy. Our drink was forgotten, the wrong sauces were in the bag for the nuggets and when the burger was opened it had tomato on it. We were in rush hour so didn’t have time to go back. I called on Thursday and asked to speak to a manager who was very rude and entirely unhelpful, saying they didn’t forget anything and she knows because she was working, asked why I didn’t call sooner (I called within 48 hours) and basically said I was lying. Said if I brought the receipt back she’d replace it, as if I’m going to dig through the garbage. The worst part of this was not taking the tomato allergy seriously, that obviously got thrown out and one of the kids was VERY hungry at soccer. Didn’t even apologize for the mix up. Customer service did not exist in this scenario. You could have caused serious harm. Do better, and when a customer calls with a genuine concern for a mistake YOU made, maybe at least try to fix it especially when a child with an allergy...
Read moreTheir "freestyle" coke machine is tuned down to basically serve carbonated water, then get mad that you're "asking for a refill" at the counter. The management is also VERY uneducated and will gaslight you just to avoid manually punching in a coupon. Apparently it "doesn't allow for combo customization" yet somehow it was easy to do it through the app... anything to avoid 10 seconds of work I guess. Minute of arguing with me instead of just... doing their job. When I gave up and just placed the order through the app(which worked with my customization) they finally tried to let them "scan my app" again... like lady... I've been asking you for the last minute, now that you know you don't have to do work you ask to try? Is this incompetence or just laziness? As a disabled patron I typically want to just order and go sit down. Not try to order and stand there being unstable on my last remaining foot as everyone watches me during the dinner rush... I don't expect respect but at least give me the ability to keep my dignity... will drive further to not come back to this location... recommend...
