Arby's — Restaurant in St. Catharines

I dont visit here often but typically whenever I do it is a good experience. Not this time. This location is typically pretty first class from the great staff to the good food but I was incredibly offended and disappointed in my last visit. Young man with neck tattoos was making sexual comments and innuendo towards the young women of this establishment. I personally witnessed him make a licking gesture at one of the young ladies with their back turned to him. Not only was this unsavory to witness in what should be a professional environment it was uncomfortable and unsettling. If I see this individual there the next time I come in I will go somewhere else. I would not want this individual representing my business to customers. I am a father of 2 teenage girls. If any of these young ladies were my daughter you'd be dealing with more than a poor review. I am absolutely miffed and appalled by this behavior. I noticed they have remodeled since I was last here. It looks great. Atmosphere is great and I love to music.

The food here was awesome. Always has been. This location has always been top notch everytime I have visited.

One item I ordered was the Loaded Curly Fries as I have in the past. The only thing I would like to mention is that when they are being made, please put the bacon crumble in the middle. It was right on the edge of mine and when I opened the lid, it fell off and out.

My order was for eat-in but for some reason it was packed as to-go. Mistakes happen. No big deal.

Way too expensive and the taste was not good at all. Also it lacked cheese. I had the classic roast beef with fries and a root beer which cost more than $16. Unless she ripped me off, I don't know but way way way too expensive! And every bite I took, I'm thinking, where's the cheese where is the cheese and finally there was a teeny little bit in the center. I even asked her for extra cheese, obviously I didn't get any.

Back in the day we used to go to Arby's quite often and it was delicious. Why we stopped going I don't recall but obviously something stopped us because it's been at least two decades since we've been there. Probably more like three decades.
