Good sushi but the customer service just isn’t there anymore. They don’t bother answering the phone for orders no matter what time of day it is - busy or not. The owners aren’t as sociable as they once were, 9 times out of 10 I don’t even bother trying to place an order anymore because it’s unlikely they’ll answer the phone. Meant to be a quick in and out! I went 1.5 hours before their posted closing hours and I was told what I couldnt have as they wanted to close for 4 (sign said 5) so that was a turn off... especially because I had researched what to get and had been referred. Excellent sushi rolls though! Update: I have tried to call in an order, place an in person and just walk in for an order and had an unpleasant experience or been rejected altogether... They do not take orders for lunch. You show up during their lunch hour and there may be some rolls left in the fridge. Then you line up at the counter where you can also get the special roll of the day. They will add spicy mayo and the ginger and soy on the side. It's an efficient system. Quick and easy.
