BAD service experienced at this location around 5:30pm, Jan 1, 2023. TL; DR: Please at least notice people (a general shout is 100% acceptable) once their order is completed. If Chattime is meant to let customer be SELF-AWARE of their order status and SELF-GRAB their orders, that's fine, at least place them at a more reachable area. For hot drinks, please provide a means of safe consumption.

Loved the self ordering station, it was easy and flexible. The store was somewhat packed but everyone had their drinks done and our order was processed as soon as it was placed. I was chatting with my wife and felt it took longer than usual to get our drink so we look inside the bar and found out there were two drinks sitting on the table. My wife tried to wave at the ladies to see if those were ours, but no one noticed even though they were literally talking to each other and one was facing our way. We had no choice but to grab them ourselves, they were placed pretty deep and she had to stretch to get them. One lady then noticed us just as we "got" what we ordered and said "sorry", but TBH I don't know if you mean it. Besides, the hot drink was sealed instead of cap or something easier to drink. I had a craving for Mango slush and Chatime just hit the spot everytime. It’s very refreshing and I like that I can customize; even the half sweet is sweet enough for me. I had the Mango mania with pearls and I also ordered a small Mango slush to go for my daughter. My usual is really the Brown sugar milk tea with the cream foam on top and it’s always good. My daughter loves their macarons so I pick up a few treats sometimes. There’s a few tables to sit and enjoy although sometimes the place can get busy so I normally just take it to go. I was able to sit and relax at that time since it was closer to the end of the day. They have an ordering station too, but I usually prefer to order upfront. The store have good hours, open at 11am till 10pm everyday, perfect for those long summer days. The store isn’t too big but have a relaxing vibes and the it’s clean. I used to really like this place, I got extra extra pearls and paid more than enough for the additional pearls, even more than I needed to pay (7 scoops filled a small cup and I paid for 13.) and paid for the extra cup to take them home. For days they have “not had enough pearls” even though they said they had enough stock they just” couldn’t” make them. I understand their machine takes 1 hour so I would phone ahead. I know the cost of the pearls they use bulk that are imported from Taiwan and they were making a killing off of my order. Now they refuse to sell extra pearls in their drinks completely.

The girls that work their are extra nice, and nothing against them but the owners, not so much. I asked for something that could be easily made and told them to charge me whatever price needed to obtain what I was after and bought from them almost daily.
