I had the pad see ew with chicken here (around 11.48 with tax) and I mean, of course I was not going to expect any authentic thai pad see ew. I got my dish in under 3 minutes which was kind of shocking but hey, I didn't have to wait for my meal at least! When I first got it, the color was definitely much lighter than expected. It's not very flavorful, just a vague sweet light soy sauce flavor and the noodles were pretty thin. Chinese broccoli wasn't bad but I guess the most disappointing factor was the chicken. It was atrociously dry. I also thought the egg in this dish was quite dry too, which would be improved if they simply used fresh eggs upon ordering. I was also pretty sad that there wasn't that charred wok flavor that you love in thai noodle dishes, but again, it's Thai express so nothing fancy. If you're looking for a quick fix, this place wouldn't be so bad but I think I would avoid it in the future. Remember, don't expect anything authentic because you certainly won't get it here!

I ordered spicy pad Thai with shrimp and the old asian lady, the cook put non-picked up food in my order and recooked them. (I literally watched her doing that) I assumed it would taste alright but it was horrible. The noodle was mushy since it was recooked and the taste wasn't the same as it used to be. I usually come here often when I visit the mall, but it was worst taste ever. Hey lady, you should cook the fresh noodles with ingredients! Do not put non-picked up food together! I completely wasted my $17

Not a bad lunch for under $20 including a drink. I had the Pad Thai and it was very basic but a full plate of it. I'd suggest maybe adding peanuts maybe ? Also it said there was tofu in it.... 1 piece that I noticed. Lady at the till seemed grouchy and annoyed. No smile and snappy questions even tho I was the only customer with no line. Cheer up, add a little care and pizzazz to your food and watch your ratings go up. Ms Fancy Google Reviewer 10.7 million + picture views

We visited Guildford Mall yesterday around 7:30 PM and decided to eat at your Thai food location.

We ordered one bowl with chicken, Pad Thai with chicken, mango salad, and coconut water. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing.

The mango salad consisted only of green lettuce and two small pieces of mango—it was not a Thai salad at all. Additionally, both meals had very little meat. The Pad Thai also tasted off, so I approached a staff member to let her know. Instead of addressing the issue politely, she began yelling at me in front of other customers, which was extremely embarrassing. She was an older lady and displayed no customer service skills. I told off and went back and never ate.

We spent over $40 and left feeling upset and humiliated. I am requesting a full refund for this unpleasant experience and this lady should be taught customer...
