Service here is terrible. Every time I come here the sales person is talking on their cellphone. Should that be permitted during work hours? It's not just one person. It's all of them. They ignore you when you come in because they're busy chatting with their friends. They seem annoyed when you actually want to buy something and they have to hang up.

There isn't much selection, the prices are ridiculous, and they only ever have two flavours of fudge. I thought this place used to be known for their fudge. Now it just seems to be an afterthought. 2 flavours tucked in the bottom corner for $15 per half slab or $25 for a whole slab which used to be $10. As for the other treats, I'm not paying $5 for the equivalent of one Reese's...

Went in today and the sales associate was on her phone, took 5 mins to notice I needed help. She seemed bothered that I interrupted her phone call. Handled the apples without gloves which is not ok. When she packaged the apples after cutting them she put on a tiny elastic on top of the bag. The bag was open and not closed properly with a sticker. I had to ask her to package properly. I asked for a bag and was told its an extra 50 cents. Left the bag on the counter and walked away to help another customer. I bagged my own apples. Not impressed with the service. I was there with my baby and 4 year daughter today and my 4 year old touched the marshmallow snowman coated with white chocolate and oreo cookie was used as the hat for the snowman. The cookie fell off on the snowman and the clerk or owner (I am not sure) gave me a look like that can not be sold and I had to pay for it $6.99! I am not really impressed by that charge as it's a cookie and it can easily fall off the snowman. Actually I saw at least 3 marshmallows there with the oreo hat broken or fell off the snowman....
