New York Fries Guildford Town Centre — Restaurant in Surrey

Do not order from this place on Uber eats. They will disrespectfully send you hotdog buns without the sausage and bunch of fries. Me and my friend ordered Veggie Fries Kit (deconstructed) and 3 Premium Hot Dog through ubereats today, and this what they delivered! Mind you, the bag wasn’t opened which means they sent it as it is. They didn’t even care enough to double check before sending. No veggies in sight for so called Veggie Fries Kit. No sausages, just buns. Then they asked me to re-order when I called and told me to spend my money again HAHA no, will never. I love New York Fries- I pretty much order it whenever I'm at the mall. Today I ordered a meal of fries, gravy and a drink. Rather than charging me the meal price, they charged me separately for each item. When I realized and asked why, the agent said it was because I didn't ask for the meal by name. I was surprised and disappointed. The customers don't have the meals memorized by name, but in my experience at other establishments, they let you know if there's a meal for that, or they simply ring it in that way! Absolute trash! This has to be the worst poutine I have ever had in my life. Fries are overcooked and the gravy has no taste. On top of that as you can see by my photo they literally had four cheese curds on the entire thing. What a complete rip off. And you can see my receipt. If you want poutine, go to a&w or Wendy's because even they have better poutine and it's half the price! Or go to New West and go to Mean Poutine or Spud Shack for actual good tasting poutine for around the same price or slightly more. What a terrible experience. Skip this place and...
