Omega Pizza & Wings - Surrey Pizza Delivery — Restaurant in Surrey

So this will be for the newton location. Read on if that is where you wanna order. Decent place, not amazing but still good and certainly better than most places I've tried in surrey. Good amount of toppings and cheese although the crust is bland, dip it in some ranch or something. Now while I do like the place there are a couple issues. They have two major deals going for them, 1 2 or 3 specialty pizza for a good price or the more expensive 2 signature pizzas for one price. If you order here get the specialty pizzas. They're cheaper and for some reason better. Ordered the all meat specialty and it was great but the all meat signature despite having me types of meat had less meat overall and was far less filling plus not really trading noticeably better. Also they got my order wrong one time, they did make the correct pizza and send it over no charge but b it was an additional 40ish minute wait after already waiting nearly an hour. As far as the wings go they are alright, good enough to satisfy a random craving but very saucy and only ok. If you really like wings with your pizza then give them a try as they are decent. So basically, get the specialty pizzas, stay away from the more expensive yet less filling signature pizzas and feel free to try the wings but don't expect them to be amazing. Lastly, make sure you have something to dip the crust in, not that you need it but it is a bit bland on its own. While I think this only actually deserves 3 stars I am rating it in comparison to some of the other places I have tried in surrey and therefore do not want to drag their rating down when they are truly one of the better surrey pizza...

Have they changed ownership/management? We have been ordering from here for about 10 years but unfortunately this will be the last time. We were told our order would be delivered in 45 mins it took 1 hr 15 mins. When it arrived it was wrong. They got both pizzas wrong. One was supposed to be vegetarian with pesto the other meat, they both came loaded with meat and one had pesto. We called back & there was no apology, instead their was almost disbelief because after all he packed the order himself & how could he possibly have got it wrong? (those were not his words but his attitude) So he asked if we wanted a credit, but we said no that we have a vegetarian in the house & and as such we will need the vegetarian pizza. His response was okay but it'll take a while. The pizza did show up about 30 minutes later. We offered them one of the pizzas back & the driver actually took it. I don't have a problem with not keeping it as we didn't pay for it, but I would like to know just what they planned to do with it? I hope they didn't deliver it to someone else or sell it by the slice. Their wings used to be so good, however this this time they just seemed off. Not to mention a couple of them were mangled. There's too many other pizza places in Surrey to order from this...

I am so pissed about this pizza place. I ordered 2 medium pizzas one was the Hawaiian pizza and the other was the meat Pizza . It took 45 mins to arrive which isnt that bad but when I opened the pizzas they were sloppy and droopy it was gross just a mess!!! I called them back and complained saying their pizza is normally really good but the pizza that I had didnt even look cooked. The girl that I spoke to said it was my fault that I didnt tell them to make my pizza well done ( Great Customer Service what a JOKE! ) I said Im sorry that I need to tell your company to cook my pizza fully Its just common sense. The girl says to me I can send you the pizzas again but I need to charge you full price bahahaha yeah right lady ... I said I want them for free and you can take your other pizzas that are not cooked BACK ! Then she said Ill give you a discount I said NO! Then she put me on hold twice then said Im sorry mam Ill send your pizzas there right away Ill just write on our computer next to your number she likes her pizza well done. What a JOKE this Lady is. I will never order...
