Panago Pizza — Restaurant in Surrey

We recently dined at your restaurant and regretfully, our experience was less than satisfactory. We ordered two pizzas and shortly after paying, we noticed a promotion at the front desk offering a combo deal that included two pizzas and additional appetizers for a lesser price. What puzzled us was the fact that the staff did not inform us of this combo deal when we were placing our order.

When we inquired if we could simply receive the appetizers from the combo without a refund for the price difference (as the two pizzas alone cost us about $10 CAD more than the combo), the staff informed us that the food was already being prepared and neither adjustments to our order nor any solutions could be offered. This left us quite disappointed.

Furthermore, throughout our dining experience, the staff seemed to be in a bad mood and were rather cold in their interactions. We expect a pleasant dining experience when choosing a restaurant, and unfortunately, this visit did not meet our...

Saturday night at 12:30 am - half hour before they closed I tried to order pizza online but could not log in. I used Skip (I don't like to use it due to the premium) and was able to order my pizzas right away. It took a while but after 1 am the skip driver showed up with one of the three pizzas and it was a ham and pineapple that clearly had been sitting around for an hour or two. The other two pizzas were no where to be seen. The skip driver swore that they only gave him one. I tried calling Panago but they were closed. The 4 of us ate one slice of the terrible pizza and then just went to macs to get some better food. I called Panago when they were open and was told that it was a Skip the dishes problem. Panago has always been my go-to pizza, but unfortunately I may have to start looking elsewhere.. ever since they switched to their "new plant based cheese", the pizza is so disappointing! For one, the cheese is virtually nonexistent. Does it disappear in the oven or something? I've now had 2 pizzas since they made this change that look like they're just lacking it altogether. Like what's a pizza without cheese?? And any tiny area that has salvaged some cheese is literally tasteless. Just flavourless goo. Please bring back Daiya or get something better than whatever this...
