Fake bakery. No real baker here. Save your money. Get a real cake elsewhere. This place ruined my birthday.

Edit: just read this place's update. Yes I bake but I don't sell my baked goods. My husband didn't tell the owner that I'm a baker by mistake. We wanted to inform the owner that we understand baking when they said that a plain vanilla sponge cake should look like solid jelly. It was a badly baked cake. I stand by my statement that this baker doesn't know what they're doing except some basic buttercream skills.

Overall, this place ruins celebrations and then gaslights customers. What a horrible service. Read their comments to negative reviews to know how customers are treated here.

I’m incredibly disappointed with my recent order. I placed a cake order with clear instructions and even provided a reference photo, expecting at least a close match. What I received was far from what I asked for — poorly done, completely different from the design, and not at all suitable for the special occasion I had planned for my boyfriend.

This was meant to be a thoughtful surprise, and instead, it was a huge letdown. The attention to detail was nonexistent, and it felt like no care went into fulfilling my order. When you trust a bakery with something so important, you expect professionalism, not carelessness.
