Always to this location to buy breakfast and lunch. But each time I'm here the line up is long and slow. Their foods are okay just like other Tim Horton's, nothing special. Their new pizza on the menu looks and taste terrible. Don't order it. Table and seats are dirty. I have to get someone to clean the table. I saw an ant crawling on the sofa seat.
Today I tried to use their kiosk machine to place order due to long line up. I have order a Homestyle Biscuit meal which it should have included of donuts or hashbrown. When finished placing my order, the machine will not show you the whole order while its only showing you what you have ordered such as Homestyle Biscuit meal and a total amount, and the machine will not print the receipt. So, when I pick up my order, I noticed that the donut wasn't there and I went to ask the staff about the missing donut. She said I didn't choose it. I told her that I did chose it and it did show a check mark before I press continue. But the worker there insisted that I didn't pick one. I yold her that I ordered a meal, she said sorry the receipt did jot show, so she cannot give it to me. I'm disappointed to this location and I don't recommend to come to this location. If you do want to come to this store, don't use their kiosk machine, its a money sucker machine. Remember to check the screen properly before making payment. If it doesn't show you the whole order, you better don't make the payment. You will be wasting time arguing for just the missing donut or...
Read moreI ordered two steeped tea Take Twelves from this location for an event, and was given coffee. The individual who took the order was in training, per the tag on her apron, but unsupervised, and apparently didn’t know that Take Twelves are automatically entered into the system as a coffee order (I was told this at a later date by an employee at the same location). I called up the the restaurant the next day to discuss the issue and was promised a refund by the manager (this once, as they maintained that it was possibly a miscommunication issue that resulted in the error—the other employee working that night claimed to have used the word “coffee” when referring to the order, but neither my mum, who was waiting for the tea, nor I heard it. My mum, however, did use the word “tea” when asking when the order would be ready), but when I arrived at the scheduled time, I was told that they’d decided to instead only refund me 50% of the order, and it was impossible for the cashier to perform the promised 100% refund as the manager was not in. I would not have objected a 50% refund, especially as there was no evidence proving fault either way, but the way in which the situation was handled felt a bit duplicitous.
Most of the employees I dealt with were pleasant and I have no issues with them, but I wouldn’t visit this location again due to the...
