This place is only getting business of PitaPit brand and I can tell that all the comments above rude server and service is absolutely true. I have never seen a restaurant worker so rude to a customer. I ordered couple of items and it was a normal transaction where i was telling them the toppings and at the end of making the order told him to spread some more sauce and would like to eat here at restaurant. To this the server told me in a condescending way to use 'please' when I ask them. I don't know what he thinks of himself but looks like that guy has some behavior issue. I have had ordered fast food in hundred of restaurants and in multiple countries but never seen a restaurant worker behave like that. I did tell the worker to stick to making order and don't tell customer how/what to talk, manager/owner apologized but that worker had no sincerity and throwing attitude while talking to his peers in his native language about this incident. I would have dine in next day as well but I skipped and that's how restaurant lose customer and don't reach the maximum potential because of untrained and rude staff. PitaPit-This location has had various complaints about rude behavior from staff and should be looked into. I'm sure no brand would like to associated with such...
Read moreSo, I decided to give this place a second chance because my first visit was actually great — the staff back then were super friendly and made the experience worth it. But wow… this time was a completely different story, thanks to Harpreet.
Asked for a glass of tap water, and you’d think I’d just requested a kidney — the amount of attitude and face-making was impressive, really. Then while ordering, we could literally see how thrilled he was to help us: rolling eyes, sighs, and more facial expressions than an entire season of reality TV.
But the best part? When it came to adding falafel and chicken to the wrap, Harpreet decided to cut ONE piece of falafel into four sad little pieces and called it a “portion.” Same treatment for the chicken. When I politely asked if he could add the proper amount, he basically told me either pay extra or cancel the order. Lovely customer service, right?
And yes, I actually work at a shawarma place, so I do know what a normal portion looks like — shockingly, it isn’t 1/4 of a single falafel.
Honestly, I don’t know how the owner thought hiring someone this rude and unprofessional was a great idea. If Harpreet is still there, I’d rather wrap my own shawarma at home. Never...
Read moreTerrible service. The workers there have more attitude than the owner. I generally dont write reviews until its something very serious. Incident- We are totally new to PitaPit, we did not know if we have to stand in line or sit, and thats why we asked the cashier if there was a waiting time, and she said “10-15 mins max”. We assumed we have to sit and they will call us with the orders and we go to counter and pickup. Since it was over just 5 mins, and a guy from counter asked if the order(2 chicken shawarma) is yours, and instantly reacted very rudely “this is not something like your MCd, go and stand in the line” This thing triggered a big quarrel between the worker and us. He is not feeding us freely obviously, i am paying for my food. Later the security/police personal arrived, and at last then the manager came and Apologised.
I would recommend not to go to this place which does not treat their customers right. They are incredibly rude as if we cannot survive if there...
