Worst Tim I have ever visited!! I have visited many Tims across Ontario but would like to say that this is the worst one among all of those. First of all,I understand the situation that the store is busy and workers may get frustrated. This happened around 8.45 pm on Monday 13/3/2023 I ordered a tea and a Habanero Wrap Online for pickup using Tim Hortons app, and when I reached the store, I was told it's not available( They are done with it) same answer I got when I asked for it after 7.30 just 2 days before while ordering in person. It's Ok that I understood the situation that it's busy and asked them why wouldn't they disable it online and the workers were shouting at me(just for enquiring about this). They were shouting at me like I was there for free food which the employees pay for! I was there for a PREPAID order and was treated like this. I was offered Muffins which I had to pay a dollar more for making the price same. I am a regular customer because I'm working nearby this Tim and saw same thing happening to other customers everyday,being treated like stray dogs may be even worse than that.
I wish to add the employee names here but none of them had a name tag on them. Hope at least this review helps to train workers HOW TO DEAL WITH CUSTOMERS? or just give a humanly consideration.

Read moreSo i ordered 2 small double double and and an ice cap .. they gave my i ce cap and started dwlivering orders of other customers on asking i was told "cant u see we are working on it".. in the mean time the customer they just served came back and complained about the wrong order and got back the worst response i heard from a customer service first response 1) Did i take ur order? 2) See the menu before you order and i was standing and listening the worse customer service ever.... and she threw the drink in the bin ans asked the other employee " refund him" ...
And i was still waiting for my 2 small coffees.... and when finally asked i was told not to be rude as by this time they served another 2 customers... i was asked not to be rude ...
And this was my talw of the worse Tim Hortons in the world...
If Tim Hortons wants save its image .. close this franchise and fire the entire staff or ur gonna lose all ur face ..
I am actually surprised with so many complaints why nothing is being done.. shame of Tim Hortons ... i may stop visiting Tim Hortons completely with this...
Read moreOn July 1st, 2025, my sister was physically shoved and assaulted by a staff member at this Tim Hortons location (female employee, Asian, approximately 40 years old). Despite posted hours indicating the store closes at 10:00 p.m., the doors were already locked when I arrived at 9:37 p.m. While I waited inside for my order, my sister tried to place hers through the Tim Hortons app. When she attempted to approach the door to speak with me, an employee blocked her, placed her hands on her, and forcefully pushed her away from the entrance. This is not just poor service—it’s assault. To make things worse, the store was abruptly shut down, and about ten customers were asked to leave after waiting over 45 minutes without having their orders taken. The service and conduct on this night were unprofessional, aggressive, and completely unacceptable. I’m posting this review to warn others: this location has staff who believe it’s appropriate to physically handle customers instead of serving them—even before closing time. I hope management addresses this serious issue...
