4Ever Sushi — Restaurant in Toronto

Everything was so delicious!! We were so pleasantly surprised nothing was a miss. Every dish was made with high quality fish, made very well, and was so tasty!

I’ve had so much sushi in my life and there’s only a few times where the place gets it so right and it really stands out. I definitely recommend visiting.

We got the salmon lover set, torched salmon sushi, spicy scallop roll, and shrimp tempura. My friend and I loved everything but our favourites were the salmon lover set and torched salmon roll!

Not to mention, our server accidentally dropped one shrimp tempura while placing the dishes on our table, and he was very sorry about it and brought out a fresh plate to replace it and let us have the two plates. He acted really sincere, and generous and kind to bring out a full fresh plate for us instead of making just 1 shrimp tempura to replace the one that fell.

Went for their soft opening, enjoy the food in general, however, some of the ingredient and sauces are a bit over sweet:

Spring breezes: like the refreshing taste. Perfect combination of the warm of shrimp tempera and coldness of the mango and vegi. However, sauce is super sweet.

Delux sashimi: the shrimp and scollops are amazing. Salmon and tuna are very creamy naturally. I personally found the octopus in this store tastes super winkling with the texture. (I wish their soy sauce is not that sweet)

Forever roll: I like the little spciness inside the roll and love the torches salmon on the top. Again, a bit too sweet with sauce.

Firstly, I loved the pictures of sushi they put up as decor!

The food was fresh and delicious, but what really stood out was the experience. The servers weren’t just polite, they were absolutely hilarious and made the whole night fun. They guided us through the menu, recommended some amazing dishes, and even took the time to show us how to open and enjoy a Japanese drink properly.
