HORRIBLE. Do not come to this branch. They have no idea what they are doing. This is some of the worst customer service I have ever seen. First time I was here, I ordered a simple 4 fried chicken meal and it took over 20min to get my order, there were two workers and no customers. Second time is where it gets interesting. I ordered on ubereats, and quickly received a call telling me they are out of stock. I asked them to cancel the order (I know restaurants are able to cancel orders from their end by contacting uber support), they insisted that they cannot cancel the order from their side. I did not want to argue, and I wanted to be nice, so I cancelled the order on my end. I ended up getting charged and I could not get a refund because I was the one who cancelled the order (even though I was asked to do so by the restaurant). I had to be on support for over 1 hour on the phone with ubereats, and I had to walk to the restaurant myself to figure out the problem. In the end, I got my money back from ubereats, but it took over an hour and I had to literally drop everything and go to the physical location before it closed. The worker was so confused, they don't even know how to work their own app. I also asked to speak to the second worker there (because I wanted to work it out and make it easier for everyone, I would have been fine if they kept my money and just gave me my food) but the worker said "why?" and didn't even come out to speak to me while her co-worker was busy. Such a simple problem with a simple solution, turned into an hour long conversation, and I became a literal donkey having to go to the physical location anyway, when the whole point of ordering out is not having to go anywhere. Hire more competent workers, train them properly, learn how to use your own delivery service, or don't do it at all.

FYI, I contacted uber support, and they confirmed that the restaurant is supposed to cancel the order in this situation, not the customer. They have also said they are making a note for this location, and will escalate the...

I was craving Popeye's for dinner and was on my way to Grange food court when I finally remembered to try ChickQueen instead. I ordered 3 spicy pieces, fries, and coleslaw. As soon as I paid, the cashier told me that it's going to be a 15-17 minute wait. I was like, "What? Why didn't you tell me that before I ordered?" She explained that they make everything fresh which is always great to hear, but 15-17 minutes is not a common wait time when you get fried chicken. When you go to Popeye's and they run out of chicken for example, they at least have the decency to tell you that it's going to be such and such a wait BEFORE you order and pay. Ignoring my first instinct to get a refund, I told her that I'll take a walk and be back in 15 minutes. I figured because it's fresh it should be damn good. I showed up about 20 minutes later and my food was ready. Fried chicken was ok but nothing special. It was nice and juicy but didn't have a tonne of flavour and the spiciness was inconsistent. I ate the first 2 pieces and thought that their spicy version is just really weak. Then I got to the third piece and it had a nice kick so it just seems like the first 2 pieces weren't seasoned properly. I got 2 small drumsticks and a decent size thigh which was a bit of a disappointment given how much the food cost. Fries were mid and battered with that "crispy coating". I did not enjoy the coleslaw at all. It was creamy but it tasted vinegary and not in a good way. I paid $17.50 for everything.

Food overall was not worth the money and I might get the fried chicken by itself again if I was walking by and didn't feel like walking a few blocks to Popeye's, but no way in hell I would wait 15-17 minutes again. I could just walk to Popeye's in...

Do not recommend at all and will not return. This is not the first time of issue. Once there was hair in chicken. Few days ago Placed a skip pickup order at 9:16 pm. Received message at 9:26 its almost ready. Got to the store and they didn't even have a record of the order. Store claimed orders come in precomfirmed; they dont get notification of it to accept, and they did not send message of order almost being ready. At 9:50 she says she can now start to prepare it for me. Contacted skip and was told "I have contacted the resto and it says they have already prepared your order." This was 10 pm. So the store lied to skip. Told them specifically i wanted the poutine now before other order items for my hungry child. But what do they do? Make the poutine right away and keep on side and when whole order was ready they gave me half a box of soggy cold fries with 1 little piece of cheese. You can see in photo just a small little melted blob of cheese. They are getting too skimpy on the poutine now, which was my last straw. They continue to serve rock hard stale biscuits instead of throwing out. On combos when i order large fries and pay extra they still just toss 10 fries in the same box as chicken and call it a day. Whereas if i order a single large fries it comes in its own separate big box. Pickedup order at 10:14 pm, just 2 minutes shy of an hour. Oh and they magically found the skip receipt as well which says pickup 9:31 pm. They also took and completed the orders of people who came in after me. Really...

I ordered the Royal Crunchy combo with pickles on a Saturday night and it was completely dead in there. She told me my combo would take 15 minutes and I assumed because there were so little customers my food would take a while but I was fine to wait. I got my food and walked the 5 minutes home to eat it. When I pulled it out it was made obvious that it was just a defrosted chicken breast that was fried once. The chicken was 1.5” thick and had some blood veins in it. The photos I got have my finger in for reference. From the photo on the menu and online it never shows the sandwich containing a whole chicken breast. It also displays it having flaky looking breading which mine greatly lacked. The breading was so thin and the steam from the defrosted chicken just made it slide off revealing a dry skinned unseasoned chicken breast. I’m not even going to get into the bun and how flat and grease soaked it was. Disgusting I walked 400m home and it was that bad?!? It cannot be blamed on me taking it to go I cannot believe I paid for this, I thought I bought it at a front.
